【摘要】：采用邏輯分析法和文獻(xiàn)資料法分析美國(guó)運(yùn)動(dòng)員慈善行為。主要結(jié)論:運(yùn)動(dòng)員慈善行為在不同的實(shí)踐過(guò)程中具有不同的表現(xiàn)形態(tài),主要?jiǎng)澐譃榇壬凭栀?zèng)、慈善志愿服務(wù)、慈善捐贈(zèng)與志愿服務(wù)結(jié)合三種代表性行為。運(yùn)動(dòng)員慈善行為動(dòng)因?yàn)闈M(mǎn)足運(yùn)動(dòng)隊(duì)市場(chǎng)發(fā)展需求和自我價(jià)值實(shí)現(xiàn)需求;運(yùn)動(dòng)員慈善行為受公眾關(guān)注度、社會(huì)輿論和職業(yè)體育聯(lián)盟營(yíng)銷(xiāo)策略的影響;運(yùn)動(dòng)員實(shí)施慈善行為有助于提高其社會(huì)責(zé)任感并塑造自身正面形象。建議:我國(guó)應(yīng)拓寬運(yùn)動(dòng)員慈善行為研究領(lǐng)域;關(guān)注運(yùn)動(dòng)員慈善行為對(duì)塑造運(yùn)動(dòng)員形象和國(guó)家形象的作用。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes the philanthropic behavior of American athletes by the method of logical analysis and literature. The main conclusions are as follows: athletes' charitable behavior has different forms of expression in different practice process, mainly divided into three kinds of representative behaviors: charity donation, charity voluntary service, charity donation and voluntary service combination. The motivation of athletes' charitable behavior is to meet the needs of sports team market development and self-value realization, and athletes' charitable behavior is influenced by public concern, public opinion and marketing strategy of professional sports alliance. Athletes' charitable behavior helps to improve their sense of social responsibility and shape their own positive image. It is suggested that China should broaden the research field of athletes' charitable behavior and pay attention to the role of athletes' charitable behavior in shaping athletes' image and national image.
