【摘要】：隨著全球市場一體化的發(fā)展,營銷與管理策略的重要性已經(jīng)愈加凸顯。沒有優(yōu)秀的營銷策略支持,質(zhì)量再好的產(chǎn)品也無法帶來高額的利潤。而沒有出色的管理策略幫助,實(shí)力再雄厚的企業(yè)也會逐漸被淘汰。《綠治領(lǐng)導(dǎo)方法》一書由知名商業(yè)領(lǐng)袖Peter Weedfald所著。他曾在多家大型企業(yè)集團(tuán)出任高管,并在營銷與管理領(lǐng)域積累了豐富的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。在書中,作者所提出的很多新觀點(diǎn),如“綠治領(lǐng)導(dǎo)方法”,“選擇而非碰巧”以及“團(tuán)隊(duì)勝利”等,都具有很高的商業(yè)參考價(jià)值。此外,作者還在書中提出了很多極具實(shí)用性的商業(yè)原則與策略。因此,對本書的翻譯注定將為眾多國內(nèi)企業(yè)提供一個(gè)了解先進(jìn)的營銷與管理理念的機(jī)會。接到任務(wù)后,譯者首先進(jìn)行了譯前準(zhǔn)備工作,包括項(xiàng)目分析、材料分析、資料搜集和翻譯工具選擇等。本次翻譯的理論基礎(chǔ)為文本類型理論與翻譯目的論�；谖谋绢愋屠碚�,譯者對源語材料中不同部分的內(nèi)容進(jìn)行了分析,并根據(jù)其文本類型確定了各部分的功能與特征。在此基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合翻譯目的論及其下屬原則的指導(dǎo),譯者采用直譯、改譯、增譯和省譯等方法對標(biāo)題、單詞和詞組以及長句等問題進(jìn)行了處理。同時(shí),作者也對本書的寫作風(fēng)格及其成因進(jìn)行了分析,并提出了保持原文風(fēng)格的難點(diǎn)所在。最后,譯者總結(jié)了自己通過本次項(xiàng)目所獲得的經(jīng)驗(yàn)與教訓(xùn),并對類似翻譯項(xiàng)目的處理提出了建議。
[Abstract]:With the development of global market integration, the importance of marketing and management strategy has become more and more important. Without excellent marketing strategy support, good quality products can not bring high profit. Without the help of excellent management strategy, enterprises with strong strength will be gradually eliminated. The leader, Peter Weedfald, has been a senior executive in a number of large enterprise groups and has accumulated rich experience in the field of marketing and management. In the book, many new ideas, such as "Green Governance leadership", "choice rather than coincidence", and "team victory", have high commercial reference value. In addition, the author A lot of practical business principles and strategies are put forward in the book. Therefore, the translation of the book is destined to provide an opportunity for many domestic enterprises to understand advanced marketing and management ideas. After receiving the task, the translator first carried out the pre translation preparation work, including project analysis, material analysis, data collection and translation tools. On the basis of text type theory, the translator analyses the contents of different parts of the source language and determines the functions and features of each part according to the type of text. On this basis, the translator adopts the guidance of translation skopos theory and its subordinate principles. At the same time, the author also analyzes the writing style and the causes of this book, and puts forward the difficulties to maintain the style of the original text. Finally, the translator sums up the experience and lessons learned through the project, and to the class. Some suggestions are made for the treatment of the translation project.
