【摘要】：為減小基于機器視覺的農(nóng)產(chǎn)品分選機的體積、降低設(shè)備成本,提出了一種以DSP為視覺核心、ARM為控制核心的小型農(nóng)產(chǎn)品分選機。為此,詳細介紹了基于機器視覺技術(shù)的小型農(nóng)產(chǎn)品分級機控制系統(tǒng)及控制方法,并以圣女果、金桔及桂圓干等3種物料作為試驗對象,測試系統(tǒng)的可靠性和工作效率。結(jié)果表明:針對家庭農(nóng)場及小規(guī)模農(nóng)產(chǎn)品的處理和營銷,在基于機器視覺的小型農(nóng)產(chǎn)品分選機中采用ARM與DSP相結(jié)合的方法進行分選是可行的,能夠替代PC機或工業(yè)計算機實現(xiàn)分選機的低成本和小型化。
[Abstract]:In order to reduce the volume of the agricultural product separator based on machine vision and reduce the cost of the equipment, a small agricultural product sorting machine with DSP as the visual core and arm as the control core was proposed. In this paper, the control system and control method of small agricultural product classifier based on machine vision technology are introduced in detail, and the reliability and working efficiency of the system are tested with three kinds of materials, such as Shengmango, kumquat and dried Gui Yuan. The results show that it is feasible to combine ARM and DSP in the machine vision based small agricultural product sorting machine for the processing and marketing of family farm and small-scale agricultural products. It can replace PC or industrial computer to realize low cost and miniaturization of sorting machine.
