【摘要】：正農(nóng)業(yè)上市公司不但擁有一般上市公司的特點(diǎn),而且經(jīng)濟(jì)活動的自然性和有機(jī)生命性較明顯;農(nóng)業(yè)上市公司經(jīng)濟(jì)效益的獲取具有較大的不確定性,多數(shù)處于鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn),市場營銷意識薄弱,技術(shù)水平、生產(chǎn)管理方式落后,勞動者素質(zhì)相對較低,生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營活動也具有極大的復(fù)雜性;另外,農(nóng)業(yè)上市公司大量生產(chǎn)雷同產(chǎn)品,從而加大了經(jīng)營決策和市場競爭的難度�；谵r(nóng)業(yè)上市公司所具有的特征,政府實(shí)行了諸多優(yōu)惠政策,尤其是政府補(bǔ)貼。對農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)流通領(lǐng)域
