【摘要】:近年來(lái)我國(guó)農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)的長(zhǎng)足發(fā)展受到黨中央和國(guó)務(wù)院的對(duì)支農(nóng)惠農(nóng)政策的不斷完善和加強(qiáng)的直接影響。農(nóng)村汽車消費(fèi)市場(chǎng)悄然發(fā)生著變化,受農(nóng)民的收入增加的影響,也使得更多的農(nóng)民有能力買(mǎi)得起車、有條件用得起車。2014年9月國(guó)家統(tǒng)計(jì)局濰坊調(diào)查大隊(duì)數(shù)據(jù)顯示,2014年上半年濰坊農(nóng)村居民人均現(xiàn)金收入10060元,居全山東省第一位,絕對(duì)數(shù)比全國(guó)高4664元[1]。濰坊市城鄉(xiāng)交通設(shè)施建設(shè)在山東省首屈一指,濰坊市農(nóng)村公路通車?yán)锍踢_(dá)到22995.3公里,9039個(gè)行政村全部實(shí)現(xiàn)通油路,行政村通油路率達(dá)到100%,位居山東省第一位[1];以及我市蓬勃發(fā)展的農(nóng)用機(jī)械、新能源汽車制造業(yè),濰坊市農(nóng)村汽車市場(chǎng)的潛力也逐漸顯現(xiàn)。隨著農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展、農(nóng)村外出出行越來(lái)越多,貨物流通量也越來(lái)越大,我市農(nóng)村汽車市場(chǎng)的需求熱度逐年上升。但是在農(nóng)村汽車市場(chǎng)發(fā)展壯大的同時(shí),其中也存在一些問(wèn)題,急需要對(duì)該市場(chǎng)呈現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題和現(xiàn)象進(jìn)行歸納研究,以便更好地解決目前出現(xiàn)的各種問(wèn)題并、同時(shí)科學(xué)地對(duì)其指導(dǎo),實(shí)現(xiàn)中國(guó)汽車市場(chǎng)這片“最后金礦”的健康、穩(wěn)定、持續(xù)發(fā)展,是本論文所研究的目的。本論文通過(guò)分析當(dāng)前國(guó)內(nèi)外農(nóng)村汽車市場(chǎng)的現(xiàn)狀,歸納總結(jié)我國(guó)農(nóng)村汽車市場(chǎng)需求特點(diǎn);結(jié)合實(shí)地調(diào)研客觀、全面呈現(xiàn)濰坊農(nóng)村汽車市場(chǎng)領(lǐng)域的現(xiàn)狀以及未來(lái)發(fā)展趨勢(shì),并提供有針對(duì)性的策略,以服務(wù)農(nóng)民、服務(wù)于汽車企業(yè),進(jìn)而有效地保護(hù)繁榮和促進(jìn)農(nóng)村汽車市場(chǎng)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展,是本研究的主體目標(biāo)。論文首先分析了現(xiàn)階段中國(guó)農(nóng)村汽車市場(chǎng)的發(fā)展特點(diǎn),對(duì)農(nóng)村汽車市場(chǎng)的現(xiàn)狀、市場(chǎng)特點(diǎn)、需求情況、市場(chǎng)潛力及發(fā)展趨勢(shì)等做了詳細(xì)的分析。對(duì)適合農(nóng)村汽車市場(chǎng)的車型進(jìn)行了特征描述。本文注重濰坊地區(qū)農(nóng)村汽車市場(chǎng)條件和消費(fèi)環(huán)境,農(nóng)村汽車市場(chǎng)銷售、售后服務(wù)模式,更重要的是希望實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)濰坊地區(qū)乃至全國(guó)農(nóng)村汽車市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷發(fā)展、經(jīng)營(yíng)模式的客觀呈現(xiàn)?茖W(xué)的采用調(diào)查問(wèn)卷對(duì)濰坊當(dāng)?shù)剞r(nóng)村展開(kāi)了實(shí)地調(diào)研工作。重點(diǎn)對(duì)濰坊市農(nóng)村汽車市場(chǎng)的區(qū)域發(fā)展情況進(jìn)行調(diào)研,對(duì)濰坊地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)、交通、汽車消費(fèi)現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了分析介紹。針對(duì)濰坊農(nóng)村市場(chǎng)消費(fèi)者需求現(xiàn)狀研究,采用了問(wèn)卷調(diào)查和訪談?wù){(diào)查兩種方法,并編制了影響濰坊農(nóng)村汽車消費(fèi)因素的調(diào)查問(wèn)卷》進(jìn)行調(diào)查。從濰坊市2014年各縣市區(qū)鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)中隨機(jī)選取了為調(diào)研對(duì)象,再?gòu)倪@些鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)中隨機(jī)抽取150位農(nóng)村購(gòu)車居民為研究對(duì)象。調(diào)查時(shí)間從2014年3月1日開(kāi)始到2014年5月1日結(jié)束。本次調(diào)研活動(dòng)問(wèn)卷發(fā)放150份、問(wèn)卷回收146份、有效問(wèn)卷回收126份、有效問(wèn)卷回收率為84%。分析了濰坊市農(nóng)村汽車市場(chǎng)發(fā)展中存在的問(wèn)題,并給出了相應(yīng)的發(fā)展對(duì)策;谡{(diào)查結(jié)果,結(jié)合對(duì)相關(guān)政策法規(guī)、研究材料、文件資料和文獻(xiàn)的分析研究,參考濰坊當(dāng)?shù)噩F(xiàn)狀,對(duì)現(xiàn)階段新政策形勢(shì)下農(nóng)村汽車市場(chǎng)的發(fā)展做了全面、直觀、深入的分析。給出了今后應(yīng)加大農(nóng)用汽車購(gòu)置補(bǔ)貼的政策扶持力度,改善銷售模式,提高售后服務(wù)質(zhì)量,制定更完善的保障制度,加強(qiáng)農(nóng)村二手車市場(chǎng)及報(bào)廢車的監(jiān)督和管理,減輕農(nóng)民朋友購(gòu)車時(shí)的稅費(fèi)負(fù)擔(dān),簡(jiǎn)化購(gòu)車手續(xù),以切實(shí)保障農(nóng)村汽車市場(chǎng)的繁榮和可持續(xù)發(fā)展等各項(xiàng)建議,并提出了農(nóng)村汽車市場(chǎng)發(fā)展政策措施建議。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the rapid development of China's rural economy has been directly influenced by the Party Central Committee and the State Council on the continuous improvement and strengthening of the policy of supporting agricultural benefits. The rural automobile consumption market has been quietly changing, influenced by the increase of farmers' income, and more farmers have the ability to afford to buy cars, and the conditions are available to the state of the country of.2014 in September. Statistics Bureau Weifang survey team data show that in the first half of 2014, the per capita cash income of rural residents in Weifang was 10060 yuan, the first in Shandong Province, the absolute number of 4664 yuan higher than the country [1]. Weifang city urban and rural transportation facilities in Shandong Province, Weifang city road to 22995.3 kilometers, 9039 administrative villages all realized. This paper analyzes the current situation of the domestic and foreign rural automobile market, sums up the characteristics of the demand of the rural automobile market in our country, and presents the current situation and future development trend of the rural automobile market in Weifang, and provides the pertinence with the objective of the field investigation. The strategy, in order to serve the farmers, serve the automobile enterprise, and then effectively protect the prosperity and promote the sustainable development of the rural automobile market, is the main object of this study. Firstly, the paper analyzes the development characteristics of the current Chinese rural automobile market, the status of the market, market characteristics, demand, market potential and development of the rural automobile market. The characteristics of the car market suitable for the rural automobile market are described in detail. This article focuses on the rural automobile market conditions and consumption environment in the rural areas of Weifang, the marketing of rural automobile market, the mode of after-sales service, and more important is to realize the marketing development of the automobile market in the Weifang area and the whole country, and the mode of operation. Objective presentation. A scientific survey was carried out on the local rural areas in Weifang with a scientific questionnaire. The regional development of the rural automobile market in Weifang was investigated and the current situation of the economy, traffic and automobile consumption in Weifang was analyzed. A questionnaire was adopted to study the current situation of the consumer demand in the rural areas of Weifang. Investigation and interview survey two methods, and compiled a survey on the factors affecting the automobile consumption in Weifang rural areas. From the towns and townships in each county of Weifang in 2014, randomly selected as the research object, and then randomly selected 150 rural car buyers from these villages and towns as the research object. The survey time began from March 1, 2014 to 5 in 2014. At the end of month 1, 150 questionnaires were issued, 146 questionnaires were collected and 126 valid questionnaires were recovered. The effective questionnaire recovery rate was 84%. analysis of the problems existing in the development of the rural automobile market in Weifang, and the corresponding development countermeasures were given. With reference to the current situation in Weifang, this paper makes a comprehensive, intuitive and in-depth analysis on the development of the rural auto market under the new policy situation at present. It gives the policy support to increase the subsidy for the purchase of agricultural vehicles, improve the sales mode, improve the quality of after-sales service, make a more perfect guarantee system, and strengthen the rural secondhand. The supervision and management of the car market and the scrap car will reduce the burden of tax and fee for the farmers' car purchase, simplify the purchase procedures, ensure the prosperity and sustainable development of the rural automobile market, and put forward some suggestions for the development of the rural automobile market.
