【摘要】:隨著中國經(jīng)濟的不斷發(fā)展,作為國家經(jīng)濟的支柱型的國有經(jīng)濟的增速正在逐步放緩,為了促進經(jīng)濟的穩(wěn)步增長,中小型企業(yè)在國民經(jīng)濟的增長中的地位越來越凸顯,為了進一步發(fā)展對外經(jīng)濟,中小型企業(yè)盡快的走出中國市場,面向國際市場,這就對我們的產(chǎn)品還有我們的營銷技能提出了進一步的要求,本文主要是面對市場的變化,通過市場營銷,促進國外市場的占有率的提高,在國外市場建立自己的品牌,對國外代理商的選擇以及代理商的評估方案的確立,通過SWOT,馬斯洛需求分析,管理學原理,市場營銷,代理商選擇等方法確定代理商的管理,激勵,評估的具體操作方法,,本文突出重點在于把定性的管理方法定量化,讓一般的中小型企業(yè)在進行代理商的選擇,代理商的管理方面用科學的數(shù)據(jù)進行管理,進而應用科學的管理方法進行判斷,分析,決策。 通過對國外代理商的管理方法的研究發(fā)現(xiàn),積極的供應商和代理商的銷售政策,有利于提高產(chǎn)品在國外市場的市場占有率,并且他通過代理商的甄選和評價環(huán)節(jié),有利于企業(yè)在眾多的代理商中選擇最好的代理商,為企業(yè)國外市場的開拓提供良好的基礎,并且也為產(chǎn)品在國外市場的品牌的培養(yǎng)奠定堅實的基礎。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of China's economy, the growth rate of the state-owned economy, which is the pillar of the national economy, is gradually slowing down. In order to promote the steady growth of the economy, the status of small and medium-sized enterprises in the growth of the national economy is becoming more and more prominent. In order to further develop the foreign economy, small and medium-sized enterprises will go out of the Chinese market and face the international market as soon as possible. This puts forward further requirements for our products and our marketing skills. This article is mainly about the changes in the market. Through marketing to promote the increase of foreign market share, to establish their own brand in foreign markets, the choice of foreign agents and the establishment of agency evaluation program, through SWOT, Maslow demand analysis, management principles, Marketing, agent selection, and other methods to determine the agent's management, incentive, evaluation of the specific operational methods, this paper highlights the focus of the qualitative management method quantification, so that the general small and medium-sized enterprises in the selection of agents, In the management of agents, scientific data are used to manage, and then scientific management methods are applied to judge, analyze and make decisions. Through the study of the management methods of foreign agents, it is found that the active sales policies of suppliers and agents are conducive to increasing the market share of products in foreign markets, and through the selection and evaluation of agents, It is advantageous for enterprises to select the best agents among many agents, to provide a good foundation for the development of foreign markets, and also to lay a solid foundation for the cultivation of brands in foreign markets.
