【摘要】：隨著市場經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,在激烈的市場競爭中,乳品企業(yè)為了拓展市場,發(fā)展了大量的經(jīng)銷商。而在目前的營銷鏈中,經(jīng)銷商是消費(fèi)者與生產(chǎn)者之間的橋梁,扮演著非常重要的角色。企業(yè)如何掌握經(jīng)銷商滿意度和獲取市場需求至關(guān)重要,這決定著企業(yè)的發(fā)展。經(jīng)過綜合分析與調(diào)研,本論文對乳品企業(yè)如何評測和監(jiān)控經(jīng)銷商的滿意度進(jìn)行深入的研究和探討,這具有非常重要的意義。本論文主要完成的工作如下：(1)本文把相關(guān)行業(yè)滿意度評測體系與乳品企業(yè)相關(guān)產(chǎn)品和行業(yè)特性結(jié)合起來,對經(jīng)銷商滿意度指標(biāo)進(jìn)行綜合分析,構(gòu)建出乳品企業(yè)經(jīng)銷商滿意度評測指標(biāo)體系。(2)根據(jù)優(yōu)化后的滿意度指標(biāo)體系,利用BP神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)進(jìn)行經(jīng)銷商滿意度評測體系建模。借助MATLAB工具結(jié)合BP神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)算法對滿意度評測模型進(jìn)行訓(xùn)練,得到穩(wěn)定、準(zhǔn)確的乳品企業(yè)經(jīng)銷商滿意度評測模型。(3)基于Java EE技術(shù),利用SSH開發(fā)框架開發(fā)乳品企業(yè)經(jīng)銷商滿意度實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)。本系統(tǒng)運(yùn)用Java語言實(shí)現(xiàn)了BP神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的相關(guān)算法,進(jìn)而實(shí)現(xiàn)對經(jīng)銷商滿意度的監(jiān)控和分析。乳品企業(yè)可以根據(jù)此系統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù)分析,掌握經(jīng)銷商對企業(yè)產(chǎn)品服務(wù)的真正需求,調(diào)整生產(chǎn)及銷售策略,利用經(jīng)銷商抓住龐大的消費(fèi)者群體,提高市場競爭力,創(chuàng)造更高的利潤。
[Abstract]:With the development of market economy, in the fierce market competition, dairy enterprises develop a large number of dealers in order to expand the market.In the current marketing chain, dealers are the bridge between consumers and producers, playing a very important role.It is very important for enterprises to master dealer satisfaction and obtain market demand, which determines the development of enterprises.Through comprehensive analysis and investigation, this paper makes a deep research and discussion on how to evaluate and monitor the satisfaction of dealers in dairy enterprises, which is of great significance.The main work of this paper is as follows: (1) this paper combines the related industry satisfaction evaluation system with the related products and industry characteristics of dairy enterprises, and makes a comprehensive analysis of the dealer satisfaction index.According to the optimized satisfaction index system, BP neural network is used to model the dealer satisfaction evaluation system.With the help of MATLAB tool and BP neural network algorithm, the satisfaction evaluation model is trained to obtain a stable and accurate satisfaction evaluation model for dairy enterprise dealers. It is based on Java EE technology.A real-time monitoring system for dealer satisfaction of dairy enterprises is developed by using SSH development framework.The system uses Java language to realize the BP neural network algorithm, and then realizes the monitoring and analysis of dealer satisfaction.According to the data analysis of this system, dairy enterprises can grasp the real demand of dealers for their products and services, adjust their production and sales strategies, make use of dealers to seize large consumer groups, improve market competitiveness, and create higher profits.
