【摘要】：目前,我國(guó)體育慈善事業(yè)還處于初級(jí)階段,體育慈活動(dòng)與國(guó)外相比還存在著一定的差距,對(duì)于慈善籃球活動(dòng)開(kāi)展研究也比較少�！耙稹毕ＭW(xué)慈善籃球活動(dòng)的開(kāi)展,順應(yīng)了人民群眾的期待。采用支教、訓(xùn)練、比賽為一體的組織形式,對(duì)我國(guó)的體育事業(yè)和慈善事業(yè)的發(fā)展具有雙重的促進(jìn)作用。本文“姚基金希望小學(xué)慈善籃球活動(dòng)”為主要研究對(duì)象,采用文獻(xiàn)資料法、電話調(diào)查法、邏輯分析法、實(shí)地考察法研究體育慈善活動(dòng)開(kāi)展形式的具體內(nèi)容。得出以下結(jié)論:1.姚基金慈善籃球活動(dòng)主要由籃球義賽和“姚基金希望小學(xué)籃球季”活動(dòng)兩部分構(gòu)成,其中“姚基金希望小學(xué)籃球季”活動(dòng)由籃球支教、籃球集訓(xùn)和聯(lián)賽三部分構(gòu)成。育人理念主要是讓孩子在享受體育運(yùn)動(dòng)的快樂(lè)的同時(shí)幫助孩子們身心發(fā)展,感受體育的魅力,從而健康茁壯的成長(zhǎng)。2.參與姚基金希望小學(xué)慈善籃球活動(dòng)的學(xué)校為貧困農(nóng)村的學(xué)校,且每年成增長(zhǎng)的趨勢(shì)。受助學(xué)生的數(shù)量每年成增長(zhǎng)的趨勢(shì),年齡主要為11、12歲的五、六年級(jí)的學(xué)生。支教支援者多為各高校大三年紀(jì)的具有籃球基礎(chǔ)的體育專業(yè)的學(xué)生,其主要任務(wù)為成立�；@球隊(duì)、兼任體育教師,帶領(lǐng)籃球訓(xùn)練,開(kāi)展校園籃球活動(dòng),迄今已經(jīng)成功舉辦了四屆,積累了豐富的活動(dòng)經(jīng)驗(yàn)。3.姚基金希望小學(xué)慈善籃球活動(dòng)基金的募集形式主要包括慈善晚宴、慈善球賽、企業(yè)贊助、慈善拍賣(mài)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)眾酬、基金合作五種形式,資助形式為技能傳授、物資捐助和希望小學(xué)籃球賽三個(gè)方面。姚基金希望小學(xué)籃球季活動(dòng)在志愿者管理形式上按照招募-初選-二次選拔-出征-支教的步驟執(zhí)行。競(jìng)賽形式采用片區(qū)賽晉級(jí)全國(guó)賽的形式,采用單循環(huán)的賽制為具體的比賽形式。姚基金希望小學(xué)慈善籃球活動(dòng)的的推廣形式主要包括網(wǎng)站推廣、新聞營(yíng)銷、博客推廣和微信推廣四大方面。姚基金希望小學(xué)慈善籃球活動(dòng)的開(kāi)展形式為資金募集-支教資助-集訓(xùn)競(jìng)賽的活動(dòng)樣式,推廣形式與以上各開(kāi)展形式同步進(jìn)行,從而最大化起到宣傳服務(wù)的作用。4.目前,姚基金的開(kāi)展困境主要包括階段性行為難以持續(xù)和姚基金希望小學(xué)覆蓋的省份有待進(jìn)一步擴(kuò)大及存在培訓(xùn)運(yùn)動(dòng)項(xiàng)目單一三個(gè)方面,給出的相應(yīng)的解決對(duì)策為建立長(zhǎng)期有效的合同機(jī)制、向未開(kāi)發(fā)地區(qū)穩(wěn)步擴(kuò)充和實(shí)施籃球+X的教學(xué)機(jī)制的措施。
[Abstract]:At present, sports charity in our country is still in the primary stage, there is still a certain gap between sports charity activities and foreign countries, and there is less research on charity basketball activities.Yao Fund hopes that the development of charity basketball in primary school conforms to the expectations of the people.The organization form of supporting education, training and competition plays a dual role in promoting the development of sports and charity in our country.In this paper, "Yao Foundation Hope Elementary School Charitable Basketball activities" as the main research object, using the method of literature, telephone survey, logical analysis, field investigation method to study the specific content of sports charity activities in the form of development.Draw the following conclusion: 1.The charity basketball activities of Yao Fund are mainly composed of two parts: basketball Yi match and Yao Fund Hope Primary School Basketball season, among which "Yao Fund Hope Primary School Basketball season" consists of three parts: basketball teaching, basketball training and league matches.The idea of educating people is to let children enjoy the joy of sports while helping them to develop physically and mentally, to feel the charm of sports, and to grow up healthily. 2.Yao Fund hopes that the schools involved in charity basketball activities in primary schools are poor and rural schools, and the trend is increasing every year.The number of students receiving assistance is increasing every year, mainly in the fifth and sixth grades of 11 to 12 years of age.Most of the teachers and supporters are students with basketball foundation major in junior high school. Their main tasks are to set up a basketball team in the school, to be also a physical education teacher, to lead basketball training, and to carry out basketball activities on campus.So far has successfully held four, accumulated rich experience.Yao Fund hopes to raise funds for charity basketball activities in primary schools, mainly in the form of charity dinners, charity matches, corporate sponsorship, charity auctions, network remuneration, and fund cooperation. The forms of funding are skills imparting.Material donation and Hope Primary School Basketball match three aspects.Yao Fund hopes that the primary school basketball season activities in the form of volunteer management in accordance with the recruitment-primary-second selection-out-education steps.The form of competition adopts the form of district competition to qualify for national competition, and the single cycle competition system is adopted as the specific form of competition.Yao Foundation hopes that the promotion of charity basketball activities in primary school mainly includes four aspects: website promotion, news marketing, blog promotion and WeChat promotion.Yao Fund hopes that the form of charity basketball activities in primary school should be the activity style of fund raising, teaching support and training competition, and the promotion form should be carried out simultaneously with each of the above forms, thus maximizing the function of propaganda and service.At present, the difficulties of Yao Fund's development mainly include the unsustainable stage behavior, the need for further expansion of the provinces that Yao Fund hopes to cover primary schools, and the existence of a single training campaign.The corresponding countermeasures are the establishment of long-term effective contract mechanism and the measures of steadily expanding and implementing the teaching mechanism of basketball X to the undeveloped areas.
