【摘要】:企業(yè)要想保持長(zhǎng)期的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì),公司只有制定一個(gè)適合自身環(huán)境和實(shí)力要求的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。內(nèi)蒙古城建建筑勘察設(shè)計(jì)公司是于2002年經(jīng)歷事業(yè)單位轉(zhuǎn)制而成的股份有限公司,公司前身為內(nèi)蒙古建筑設(shè)計(jì)研究所,1955年成立,在社會(huì)主義的計(jì)劃經(jīng)濟(jì)時(shí)期,是我區(qū)僅有的幾家以工業(yè)建筑和民用建筑為主要經(jīng)營(yíng)項(xiàng)目的甲級(jí)勘察設(shè)計(jì)單位之一。作為一個(gè)具有六十年發(fā)展歷史的老牌知識(shí)密集型服務(wù)企業(yè),正面臨著如何完全走向市場(chǎng)的問(wèn)題。因此,公司迫切需要制定適應(yīng)市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展需要、適合自身特點(diǎn)的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。本文首先對(duì)公司生存的外部環(huán)境,即宏觀環(huán)境、行業(yè)環(huán)境、市場(chǎng)機(jī)會(huì)進(jìn)行了分析,同時(shí)對(duì)公司內(nèi)部的生產(chǎn)、經(jīng)營(yíng)、管理、技術(shù)以及人力資源狀況進(jìn)行了分析;在系統(tǒng)分析的基礎(chǔ)上,運(yùn)用SWOT分析法,從機(jī)會(huì)、威脅、優(yōu)勢(shì)、劣勢(shì)四個(gè)方面進(jìn)行了歸納,通過(guò)SWOT矩陣模型得出了內(nèi)蒙古城建設(shè)計(jì)公司應(yīng)如何利用自身優(yōu)勢(shì)去把握機(jī)會(huì)、采取必要措施來(lái)回避威脅的一些發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略;再次根據(jù)戰(zhàn)略管理理論的知識(shí),并結(jié)合SWOT的分析結(jié)果,提出該公司應(yīng)該采用內(nèi)部增長(zhǎng)、外部擴(kuò)張、企業(yè)聯(lián)盟及多元化經(jīng)營(yíng)等四種發(fā)展方式;最后為了確保企業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的順利實(shí)施,筆者從市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷、服務(wù)營(yíng)銷、拓展新市場(chǎng)、人才培養(yǎng)、人力資源管理、企業(yè)文化等幾個(gè)方面制定相應(yīng)的實(shí)施計(jì)劃,確保城建院的總體發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略得以實(shí)施。目前,國(guó)內(nèi)關(guān)于設(shè)計(jì)院發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略研究的參考文獻(xiàn)并不是很多。作者通過(guò)自己在學(xué)校所學(xué)的戰(zhàn)略管理的理論知識(shí),結(jié)合自己在內(nèi)蒙古城建院工作的幾年短暫經(jīng)歷,為本企業(yè)未來(lái)的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略提出一些自己的建議,希望對(duì)城建院今后在設(shè)計(jì)市場(chǎng)的發(fā)展提供一些有用的參考。同時(shí),作者也希望自己的研究能夠?qū)φ麄(gè)建筑設(shè)計(jì)行業(yè)的其他企業(yè)帶來(lái)一些啟示。同時(shí)本文的一些理論、觀點(diǎn)及建議也會(huì)隨著社會(huì)進(jìn)步,建筑行業(yè)的發(fā)展以及戰(zhàn)略管理理論的更新而不斷的改進(jìn)和完善。
[Abstract]:If an enterprise wants to maintain its long-term competitive advantage, the company must formulate a development strategy suitable for its own environment and strength. The Inner Mongolia Urban Construction Survey and Design Company is a joint stock limited company formed by the transformation of institutions in 2002. The company formerly known as Inner Mongolia Institute of Architectural Design, founded in 1955, in the socialist planned economy period, It is one of the only Grade A reconnaissance and design units with industrial buildings and civil buildings as its main business projects. As a veteran knowledge-intensive service enterprise with a history of 60 years of development, Therefore, it is urgent for the company to formulate a development strategy adapted to the development needs of market economy and its own characteristics. Firstly, this paper deals with the external environment for the survival of the company, that is, the macro environment, the industry environment, and so on. The market opportunity is analyzed, and the internal production, management, management, technology and human resources are analyzed. On the basis of systematic analysis, SWOT analysis is used to analyze the opportunities, threats and advantages. The disadvantages of four aspects are summarized, through the SWOT matrix model, the Inner Mongolia City Construction Design Company should take advantage of its own advantages to seize the opportunity and take necessary measures to avoid the threat of some development strategies; Thirdly, according to the knowledge of strategic management theory and the analysis results of SWOT, this paper puts forward that the company should adopt four development modes: internal growth, external expansion, enterprise alliance and diversified management. Finally, in order to ensure the smooth implementation of the enterprise development strategy, the author formulates the corresponding implementation plan from the aspects of marketing, service marketing, expanding new market, talent training, human resource management, corporate culture, etc. To ensure the implementation of the overall development strategy of the urban construction institute. At present, there are not many references for the development strategy research of the design institute in China. Based on the brief experience of my own work in Inner Mongolia City Construction Institute, this paper puts forward some suggestions for the future development strategy of the enterprise, hoping to provide some useful reference for the future development of the city construction institute in the design market. At the same time, The author also hopes that his research can bring some enlightenment to other enterprises in the whole architectural design industry. At the same time, some theories, views and suggestions of this paper will also be along with the progress of society. The development of the construction industry and the renewal of the strategic management theory constantly improve and perfect.
