昆明市鄉(xiāng)村旅游空間結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:旅游業(yè)是我國的新興產(chǎn)業(yè),也被稱為朝陽產(chǎn)業(yè)。目前,鄉(xiāng)村旅游也跟隨著蓬勃發(fā)展的旅游業(yè)和我國新農(nóng)村建設(shè)的東風(fēng)開始發(fā)展,占據(jù)著我國旅游業(yè)中的重要位置。昆明市擁有數(shù)量眾多、品質(zhì)優(yōu)良的鄉(xiāng)村旅游資源,鄉(xiāng)村旅游發(fā)展迅速,是近年來興起的對鄉(xiāng)村地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展起推動作用的重要產(chǎn)業(yè)。文章對昆明市鄉(xiāng)村旅游空間結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行分析,有助于理清目前昆明市鄉(xiāng)村旅游的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r和脈絡(luò),實(shí)現(xiàn)區(qū)域內(nèi)資源的優(yōu)化和分配,達(dá)到各區(qū)域間的相互協(xié)作,為昆明市鄉(xiāng)村旅游今后的發(fā)展與規(guī)劃提供一定參考。文章的具體內(nèi)容如下:首先,文章闡述了昆明市鄉(xiāng)村旅游空間結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化的選題背景與研究意義,并對國內(nèi)外鄉(xiāng)村旅游及旅游空間理論進(jìn)行了文獻(xiàn)研究。其次,對旅游空間相關(guān)概念作出界定,并對增長極理論、點(diǎn)-軸系統(tǒng)論、核心-邊緣論和產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚論等相關(guān)空間理論展開研究。第三,通過對昆明市實(shí)地調(diào)查及官方資料的查閱,基于旅游空間的主體、客體和媒介三要素,對昆明市鄉(xiāng)村旅游資源、客源市場和交通進(jìn)行了研究,全面總結(jié)了昆明鄉(xiāng)村旅游空間結(jié)構(gòu)的具體分布情況。并結(jié)合增長極理論、點(diǎn)-軸系統(tǒng)論、核心-邊緣論和產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚論等理論,歸納出昆明市鄉(xiāng)村旅游空間結(jié)構(gòu)的演化過程。根據(jù)對昆明鄉(xiāng)村旅游空間的研究,得出其中存在的三個問題:各行政區(qū)縣發(fā)展不平衡、客源市場結(jié)構(gòu)單一、旅游交通呈現(xiàn)便捷與落后并存的局面。第四,文章遵循鄉(xiāng)村旅游空間結(jié)構(gòu)的優(yōu)化原則,從以下三方面進(jìn)行優(yōu)化:基于昆明市鄉(xiāng)村旅游資源空間特性的拓展、基于“春城風(fēng)情、四季鄉(xiāng)村”主題形象市場開拓的空間聯(lián)合、基于旅游空間高原特色交通的建設(shè)。并據(jù)此提出七個優(yōu)化措施:區(qū)域旅游營銷一體化、區(qū)域旅游資源產(chǎn)品化、提高政府統(tǒng)籌能力、加大基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)、加速旅游市場營銷、加強(qiáng)人力資源開發(fā)、實(shí)現(xiàn)旅游可持續(xù)發(fā)展。最后,對文章的研究結(jié)論進(jìn)行總結(jié),并指出研究中存在的一些不足之處。
[Abstract]:Tourism is a new industry in China, also known as sunrise industry. At present, rural tourism is also following the booming tourism industry and the new rural construction of our country began to develop. Kunming has a large number of high-quality rural tourism resources, and rural tourism is developing rapidly. This paper analyzes the spatial structure of rural tourism in Kunming, which is helpful to clarify the current situation and context of the development of rural tourism in Kunming. To achieve the optimization and distribution of resources in the region, to achieve the mutual cooperation among the regions, and to provide a certain reference for the future development and planning of rural tourism in Kunming. The specific contents of this paper are as follows: first, This paper expounds the background and significance of the research on the optimization of the spatial structure of rural tourism in Kunming, and makes a literature study on the theory of rural tourism and tourism space at home and abroad. Secondly, it defines the related concepts of tourism space. And to the growth pole theory, point-axis system theory, core-edge theory and industrial agglomeration theory and other related spatial theory. Third, through the field investigation and official data access to Kunming, based on the tourism space of the subject, This paper studies Kunming's rural tourism resources, tourist market and traffic, summarizes the distribution of Kunming's rural tourism spatial structure, and combines with the theory of growth pole, the point-axis system theory. Based on the theory of core-edge theory and industrial agglomeration theory, this paper sums up the evolution process of the spatial structure of rural tourism in Kunming. According to the study of the rural tourism space in Kunming, three problems are found: the unbalanced development of each administrative district and county. The tourist market structure is single, the tourism transportation presents the situation of convenience and backwardness. Fourthly, the article follows the optimization principle of the rural tourism spatial structure, and optimizes from the following three aspects: based on the expansion of the spatial characteristics of the rural tourism resources in Kunming, Based on the spatial combination of the theme image market of "Spring City, four Seasons Village" and the construction of characteristic transportation based on tourism space and plateau, seven optimization measures are put forward: integration of regional tourism marketing and production of regional tourism resources. Improve the ability of the government to coordinate, increase the infrastructure construction, accelerate the tourism marketing, strengthen the human resources development, realize the sustainable development of tourism. Finally, summarize the research conclusions of the article, Some shortcomings in the research are pointed out.
