【摘要】:YC公司創(chuàng)業(yè)計(jì)劃書(shū)的編寫,主要是為公司初創(chuàng)期發(fā)展理清思路、提供指導(dǎo)。嚴(yán)格按照創(chuàng)業(yè)計(jì)劃書(shū)編寫要求,從實(shí)際情況出發(fā),綜合運(yùn)用PEST和波特五力分析、公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略及競(jìng)爭(zhēng)戰(zhàn)略、核心能力、市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷、運(yùn)營(yíng)管理、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理等理論及工具,對(duì)公司的發(fā)展進(jìn)行全面分析和戰(zhàn)略定位,為實(shí)際經(jīng)營(yíng)活動(dòng)指明方向。本創(chuàng)業(yè)計(jì)劃書(shū)共分為九章。第一章至三章主要進(jìn)行創(chuàng)業(yè)可行性分析。闡述了O2O生鮮電商的產(chǎn)業(yè)背景、國(guó)內(nèi)外和本地發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及趨勢(shì),介紹了公司產(chǎn)品和服務(wù),用戶及用戶價(jià)值,并從宏觀、中觀及微觀層面進(jìn)行了市場(chǎng)和競(jìng)爭(zhēng)分析。第四章和第五章,介紹了公司戰(zhàn)略,并就支撐公司戰(zhàn)略的管理支撐體系做了規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)。創(chuàng)業(yè)初期,我們采取差異化競(jìng)爭(zhēng)戰(zhàn)略,搜集優(yōu)質(zhì)的食譜,標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化產(chǎn)品,并對(duì)配送進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,帶給用戶極致的體驗(yàn),建立起對(duì)用戶的獨(dú)特價(jià)值。后期,我們采取成本領(lǐng)先與差異化整合戰(zhàn)略。管理體系的建設(shè),我們才用扁平化結(jié)構(gòu),各業(yè)務(wù)中心負(fù)責(zé)人均由創(chuàng)始團(tuán)隊(duì)成員擔(dān)任,做到高效地決策和執(zhí)行。第六章至第八章,從市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷、運(yùn)營(yíng)管理等角度指定公司活動(dòng)計(jì)劃,并對(duì)公司各方面風(fēng)險(xiǎn)進(jìn)行了預(yù)測(cè)和應(yīng)對(duì)措施制定。公司可能面臨風(fēng)險(xiǎn)主要包括市場(chǎng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、食品安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、物流風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、損耗風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、人力資源風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、資金及用戶違約風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。并針對(duì)各項(xiàng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)制定了應(yīng)對(duì)措施。第九章,主要是財(cái)務(wù)預(yù)測(cè)和投融資設(shè)計(jì),根據(jù)公司主要特點(diǎn),預(yù)測(cè)了相關(guān)財(cái)務(wù)報(bào)表,在此基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)公司盈利能力及投資回收期做了計(jì)算。本項(xiàng)目不僅具有經(jīng)濟(jì)價(jià)值,同時(shí)具有社會(huì)價(jià)值,它通過(guò)為都市白領(lǐng)、三口之家提供食譜化成套半成品生鮮,解決了健康安心晚餐的問(wèn)題,不僅提高了用戶群體的生活滿意度,而且提高了社會(huì)資源利用效率。本項(xiàng)目經(jīng)過(guò)前期籌備,在團(tuán)隊(duì)成員辛勤工作下,已經(jīng)開(kāi)始試運(yùn)營(yíng)。通過(guò)這次創(chuàng)業(yè)計(jì)劃書(shū)的編寫,落實(shí)每個(gè)步驟每個(gè)環(huán)節(jié),更加堅(jiān)定了團(tuán)隊(duì)的創(chuàng)業(yè)熱情和信心,我們堅(jiān)信自己的選擇,通過(guò)自己的堅(jiān)持和付出,必將建立屬于我們自己的商業(yè)王國(guó)。

At the beginning of the enterprise, we adopt the strategy of differentiation competition, collect high-quality recipes, standardize products, optimize distribution, and bring users the best experience. In the later stage, we adopted cost leading and differentiation integration strategy, management system construction, we only use flat structure, each business center responsible by the founding team members, Achieve efficient decision-making and implementation. Chapter 6 to 8, from marketing, operational management and other aspects of the designated company activities plan, The company may face risks including market risk, food safety risk, logistics risk, depletion risk, human resource risk. In chapter 9, the financial forecast and investment and financing design, according to the main characteristics of the company, the related financial statements are predicted. On this basis, the company's profitability and investment payback period are calculated. This project has not only economic value, but also social value.
