【摘要】：近年來(lái)多項(xiàng)數(shù)據(jù)都表明長(zhǎng)沙市體育舞蹈培訓(xùn)市場(chǎng)呈現(xiàn)跨越式發(fā)展,但是由于體育舞蹈培訓(xùn)市場(chǎng)自身的不成熟,在發(fā)展的同時(shí)必然帶來(lái)一些問(wèn)題。論文通過(guò)文獻(xiàn)資料法,專家訪談法,問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法等,選取5家有代表性的培訓(xùn)機(jī)構(gòu)作為調(diào)查對(duì)象,同時(shí)借鑒市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷學(xué)中SWOT分析法的理論與方法,對(duì)長(zhǎng)沙市體育舞蹈培訓(xùn)市場(chǎng)所處環(huán)境的優(yōu)勢(shì)、劣勢(shì)、機(jī)遇和威脅四個(gè)方面進(jìn)行比較和分析,找出長(zhǎng)沙市體育舞蹈培訓(xùn)的優(yōu)勢(shì)和不足。結(jié)果表明:1、長(zhǎng)沙市體育舞蹈培訓(xùn)市場(chǎng)SWOT分析主要基于當(dāng)前體育舞蹈培訓(xùn)市場(chǎng)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀:長(zhǎng)沙市體育舞蹈培訓(xùn)市場(chǎng)整體處于早期發(fā)展階段,規(guī)模不大,基本處于盈利狀態(tài),發(fā)展前景良好。市場(chǎng)培訓(xùn)主體(培訓(xùn)機(jī)構(gòu))90%屬于私人辦學(xué),即社會(huì)力量辦學(xué),只有10%為公辦教育培訓(xùn)機(jī)構(gòu)。其管理較混亂,既有在教育部門注冊(cè),也有在工商部門注冊(cè),還存在較多無(wú)證辦學(xué)的機(jī)構(gòu);市場(chǎng)培訓(xùn)機(jī)構(gòu)的發(fā)展參差不齊,大部分基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施較差,培訓(xùn)質(zhì)量不高,培訓(xùn)師資力量較弱,專業(yè)化管理水平較低,市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷手段單一;市場(chǎng)培訓(xùn)受眾以學(xué)生為主,且以參加體育舞蹈高考為主要目的。社會(huì)人員受眾主要是健身娛樂(lè)為目的,人數(shù)較少。市場(chǎng)培訓(xùn)人群女性顯著多于男性,比例失調(diào)明顯。2、長(zhǎng)沙市體育舞蹈培訓(xùn)市場(chǎng)發(fā)展的SWOT分析中顯示,市場(chǎng)發(fā)展的內(nèi)部?jī)?yōu)勢(shì)在于體育舞蹈自身?yè)碛械木薮鬂撛谑袌?chǎng);培訓(xùn)市場(chǎng)準(zhǔn)入門檻低;體育舞蹈培訓(xùn)消費(fèi)成本較低。市場(chǎng)發(fā)展的內(nèi)部劣勢(shì)在于經(jīng)費(fèi)投入不足,硬件設(shè)施不夠完善;師資薄弱,缺少統(tǒng)一規(guī)范教材;宣傳力度不夠,學(xué)生、家長(zhǎng)觀念意識(shí)不強(qiáng);政府不重視,缺乏引導(dǎo)與監(jiān)管。市場(chǎng)發(fā)展的外部機(jī)遇在于,國(guó)家政策的大力提倡;媒體宣傳為體育舞蹈培訓(xùn)市場(chǎng)發(fā)展提供良好的社會(huì)氛圍;社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展為體育舞蹈培訓(xùn)市場(chǎng)提供良好的基礎(chǔ)保障等。市場(chǎng)發(fā)展的外部威脅在于:專業(yè)化高層次體育舞蹈培訓(xùn)人才匱乏;培訓(xùn)市場(chǎng)管理不規(guī)范;培訓(xùn)市場(chǎng)法規(guī)不健全等。3、針對(duì)長(zhǎng)沙市體育舞蹈培訓(xùn)市場(chǎng)存在的問(wèn)題,建議大力加強(qiáng)體育舞蹈培訓(xùn)行業(yè)的管理和扶持;加強(qiáng)體育舞蹈的宣傳力度;提高舞蹈教師專業(yè)運(yùn)動(dòng)水平,提升教師形象;拓寬渠道,建立體育舞蹈教師定期培訓(xùn)平臺(tái);制定營(yíng)銷策略,突出營(yíng)銷特色;加強(qiáng)對(duì)體育舞蹈市場(chǎng)分析,科學(xué)的進(jìn)行市場(chǎng)定位等。
