【摘要】：在現(xiàn)代社會,各種組織的生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營,人們的日常生活離不開庫存。人們?yōu)榱苏５纳a(chǎn)、經(jīng)營或者生活,需要儲備一定數(shù)量的資源。而對這些儲備起來的資源進(jìn)行管理,就是我們面臨的庫存管理問題。隨著市場競爭日益激烈,企業(yè)面臨著極大的降低生產(chǎn)成本的壓力問題,因此庫存管理也逐漸被企業(yè)所重視起來。近年來,庫存管理的理論逐漸成熟,各種庫存管理模型層出不窮。但是對于一些中小企業(yè)來說,如何把庫存管理的理論應(yīng)用到實(shí)踐中,并真正做到“私人定制”,乃是亟待解決的問題。選擇最適合自身企業(yè)發(fā)展的模型進(jìn)行庫存管理,才能取得較好的經(jīng)營效果。正是在上述背景下,本文結(jié)合在T企業(yè)多年的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),應(yīng)用所學(xué)的庫存管理和營銷管理方面的相關(guān)理論,以T企業(yè)一些原材料產(chǎn)品安全庫存的實(shí)際情況為研究對象。文章中為了有效地控制庫存物品,并確定合適的訂貨決策,應(yīng)用多準(zhǔn)則ABC庫存分類法控制生產(chǎn)庫存。在這種分類中,貨物基于其優(yōu)先次序產(chǎn)生的訂貨策略被分成三類,就多準(zhǔn)則ABC庫存分類提出一個(gè)綜合的(模糊層次分析)FAHP法;在FAHP方法體系中,模糊層次分析法FAHP用于確定各標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的權(quán)重和表示方式,如使用率極高、高、中等、低、極低來評估每個(gè)準(zhǔn)則下的物品,通過實(shí)證分析,以ABC分類法,模糊層次分析法等科學(xué)方法找出T公司最具價(jià)值的A類核心產(chǎn)品,對公司產(chǎn)品的市場需求進(jìn)行了科學(xué)預(yù)測,提高需求預(yù)測的準(zhǔn)確性,并以最適合這些產(chǎn)品的安全庫存管理模型對庫存進(jìn)行管理,提高公司整體的庫存管理水平,庫存減少70%,降低了公司的經(jīng)營成本,減少了公司日常經(jīng)營的資金壓力,為公司在日益激烈的市場競爭中取得優(yōu)異的成績奠定了良好的基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:In modern society, the production and management of various organizations, people's daily life can not be separated from inventory. People in order to normal production, management or life. Need to reserve a certain number of resources. And the management of these reserves is the inventory management problem we face. With the increasingly fierce competition in the market. Enterprises are faced with great pressure to reduce production costs, so inventory management has gradually been attached importance to by enterprises. In recent years, the theory of inventory management has gradually matured. A variety of inventory management models emerge in endlessly, but for some small and medium-sized enterprises, how to apply the theory of inventory management to practice, and really achieve "private customization". It is urgent to solve the problem. Choose the most suitable model for the development of their own enterprise inventory management, in order to achieve better business results. It is under the above background, this paper combines years of work experience in T enterprise. Applying the relevant theories of inventory management and marketing management, taking the actual situation of some raw materials and products safety inventory in T enterprise as the research object, in order to effectively control the inventory items. In order to determine the appropriate order decision, the multi-criteria ABC inventory classification method is applied to control the production inventory. In this classification, the ordering policies generated by goods based on their priority are divided into three categories. A comprehensive (fuzzy analytic hierarchy process) (FHP) method for multi-criteria ABC inventory classification is proposed. In the FAHP method system, the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP) is used to determine the weight and representation of each standard, such as extremely high, high, medium, low and very low to evaluate the items under each criterion. Through the empirical analysis, using ABC classification, fuzzy analytic hierarchy process and other scientific methods to find out the most valuable category A core products of T company, and forecast the market demand of the company products scientifically. Improve the accuracy of demand forecasting, and the most suitable for these products of the safety inventory management model for inventory management, improve the overall level of inventory management, inventory reduction 70, reduce the operating costs of the company. It reduces the financial pressure of the company's daily operation, and lays a good foundation for the company to obtain excellent results in the increasingly fierce market competition.
