隨著我國經(jīng)濟(jì)的不斷發(fā)展,同國外在技術(shù)、經(jīng)濟(jì)、科技、文化等領(lǐng)域的交流不斷增強(qiáng),尤其是中國加入WTO以后,各行各業(yè)開始向國際化水平看齊。標(biāo)準(zhǔn)文獻(xiàn)作為科技文獻(xiàn)的一部分也開始同國際接軌。但目前我國在一些行業(yè),尤其是機(jī)械行業(yè)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)研究、驗(yàn)證和制定一直與國際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)組織IEC和ISO以及發(fā)達(dá)地區(qū)和國家的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)存在較大的差距,因而這些行業(yè)的檢驗(yàn)檢測(cè)技術(shù)和設(shè)備在很大程度上仍依賴于進(jìn)口。在這種情況下,對(duì)國外標(biāo)準(zhǔn)文獻(xiàn)的研究與分析就顯得尤為重要,而文獻(xiàn)翻譯也成為了不可或缺的環(huán)節(jié)。通過對(duì)國際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)文獻(xiàn)的翻譯,不僅有利于我國工程技術(shù)人員學(xué)習(xí)國外的先進(jìn)技術(shù),也有利于我國自主知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)的不斷創(chuàng)新。本文是一篇有關(guān)電焊機(jī)IEC/ISO國際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)文獻(xiàn)的翻譯項(xiàng)目報(bào)告。原文為英文,共十一冊(cè)約70000字,內(nèi)容涉及焊接電源、冷卻系統(tǒng)、送絲裝置、變壓器、焊炬、機(jī)械和電氣要求等多個(gè)部分。本文選取的對(duì)照譯文部分屬于冷卻系統(tǒng)部分的內(nèi)容,涉及原文約5000字。本報(bào)告包含四個(gè)部分。第一部分是翻譯項(xiàng)目概況描述,在介紹項(xiàng)目背景的同時(shí)對(duì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)文獻(xiàn)的文本特征進(jìn)行了分析。第二部分是譯前準(zhǔn)備,包含平行文本的閱讀和收集、翻譯標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的確定,以及翻譯計(jì)劃的制定。第三部分著重...
