【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的不斷發(fā)展,通信及其相關(guān)應(yīng)用產(chǎn)業(yè)也隨之發(fā)展。通信機(jī)房作為通信產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的一個(gè)重要設(shè)備支撐,借助豐富的網(wǎng)絡(luò)資源和現(xiàn)代化服務(wù)為社會(huì)提供大規(guī)模、高質(zhì)量、安全可靠的專業(yè)化服務(wù)業(yè)務(wù),所以它的建設(shè)項(xiàng)目施工質(zhì)量管理是建設(shè)中顯得尤為重要。隨著投資規(guī)模擴(kuò)大,市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)加劇,管理理念的更新,電信運(yùn)營(yíng)商越來(lái)越需要對(duì)項(xiàng)目實(shí)施的全過程進(jìn)行深入的管理研究和咨詢,從而有效地控制項(xiàng)目施工質(zhì)量。因此,本文以通信機(jī)房建設(shè)項(xiàng)目作為研究對(duì)象,對(duì)其中的施工質(zhì)量管理進(jìn)行研究,以期對(duì)今后的項(xiàng)目施工質(zhì)量管理提供些許參考和幫助。本文從通信機(jī)房建設(shè)的發(fā)展變革出發(fā),引入質(zhì)量管理相關(guān)理論,從而對(duì)和平大路通信機(jī)房建設(shè)項(xiàng)目施工進(jìn)行質(zhì)量管理。本文分為五個(gè)章節(jié),第一章為緒論部分,在這里文章主要介紹了研究的背景、意義、綜述及內(nèi)容。第二部分是介紹了工程建設(shè)項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理的相關(guān)理論。文章第三部分主要是對(duì)和平大路通信機(jī)房建設(shè)項(xiàng)目的概述,概述了項(xiàng)目的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)原則和技術(shù)要求,以及項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理的組織、實(shí)施與調(diào)試。文章第四部分是本文地重要內(nèi)容,進(jìn)入到對(duì)和平大路通信機(jī)房建設(shè)項(xiàng)目的質(zhì)量管理問題的控制與改進(jìn),分析了項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量問題的原因,闡述了項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量的控制與保證的方法,并對(duì)持續(xù)改進(jìn)進(jìn)行了探討。最后一部分是最對(duì)本文全部?jī)?nèi)容的總結(jié)以及對(duì)未來(lái)通信機(jī)房建設(shè)發(fā)展的展望。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of economy, communication and related application industries are also developing. As an important equipment support for the development of the communication industry, the communication room provides large-scale, high quality, safe and reliable professional services to the society with the help of abundant network resources and modern services. Therefore, its construction project construction quality management is particularly important in the construction. With the expansion of investment scale, the intensification of market competition and the renewal of management concept, telecom operators need more and more in-depth management research and consultation on the whole process of project implementation, so as to effectively control the construction quality of the project. Therefore, this paper takes the construction project of the communication room as the research object, and studies the construction quality management in order to provide some reference and help for the construction quality management of the project in the future. Starting from the development and transformation of the construction of communication computer room, this paper introduces the relevant theory of quality management to carry on the quality management to the construction project of communication computer room of Heping Road. This paper is divided into five chapters, the first chapter is the introduction, in which the background, significance, summary and content of the research are introduced. The second part introduces the theory of project quality management. The third part of the article is a summary of the construction project of the communication computer room of Heping Road, including the standard principles and technical requirements of the project, as well as the organization, implementation and debugging of the project quality management. The fourth part of the article is the important content of this paper, entering into the control and improvement of the quality management of the construction project of the communication computer room of the peace road, analyzing the causes of the project quality problems, and expounding the methods of the control and guarantee of the project quality. The continuous improvement is also discussed. The last part is the summary of all the contents of this paper and the prospect of the construction and development of the communication room in the future.
