【摘要】：分享經(jīng)濟(jì)自2015年被政府寫入"十三五"發(fā)展規(guī)劃以來,取得了迅猛發(fā)展,也引起了業(yè)界和學(xué)界的熱烈討論。系統(tǒng)梳理了分享經(jīng)濟(jì)的近期研究成果和近年來國內(nèi)外分享經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展情況,分析了分享經(jīng)濟(jì)的運(yùn)行邏輯、模式和邊界。分享經(jīng)濟(jì)的運(yùn)行邏輯在于借助先進(jìn)技術(shù)支持的互聯(lián)網(wǎng)平臺(tái)降低交易成本,實(shí)現(xiàn)溝通平臺(tái)雙方的信息傳遞,完成P2P供需匹配,是一個(gè)典型的雙邊市場;區(qū)別于傳統(tǒng)4種商業(yè)模式,分享經(jīng)濟(jì)的模式主要有P2P、B2C、C2B三種;分享經(jīng)濟(jì)的邊界是市場交易成本高于企業(yè)內(nèi)在交易成本。最后,對(duì)我國分享經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展提出了展望。
[Abstract]:Since the government was written to the "13th Five-Year" development plan in 2015, the sharing economy has made rapid development and aroused heated discussions between the industry and the academia. It systematically combed the recent research results of the sharing economy and shared the economic development both at home and abroad in recent years, and analyzed the logic, pattern and boundary of sharing the economy. The line logic is to reduce transaction costs with the help of advanced technology on the Internet platform, realize the information transmission between the two sides of the communication platform and complete the matching of P2P supply and demand. It is a typical bilateral market. Different from the traditional 4 business models, the mode of sharing the economy is mainly P2P, B2C, and C2B, and the boundary of sharing the economy is higher than the market transaction cost. Finally, we put forward the prospect of China's sharing of economic development.
