【摘要】：隨著世界經(jīng)濟格局下中國經(jīng)濟、文化的快速發(fā)展,即時通訊已然成為了大家生活和工作離不開的交流方式,電信行業(yè)進入迅猛發(fā)展期,我國電信業(yè)的網(wǎng)絡(luò)規(guī)模和用戶規(guī)模已然躍居世界第一位。吉林省TT公司在中國TT公司并入中國移動的形式下,處于戰(zhàn)略轉(zhuǎn)型期。吉林省TT公司應夯實原有的主業(yè)板塊的實施項目,開辟產(chǎn)業(yè)投資板塊的實施項目,創(chuàng)建以互聯(lián)網(wǎng)為基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施和創(chuàng)新要素的經(jīng)濟社會新形態(tài)。本文圍繞吉林省TT公司在中國TT公司轉(zhuǎn)型期下的現(xiàn)狀,對吉林省TT公司的實際情況,通過運用SWOT分析方法,分析了吉林省TT公司的優(yōu)勢、劣勢、機遇和挑戰(zhàn),并且和其他省份TT公司進行了對比分析,得出了吉林省TT公司的啟示,明確了吉林省TT公司的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略和具體規(guī)劃任務(wù),提出了吉林省TT公司建設(shè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的具體項目,在此基礎(chǔ)上總結(jié)出了吉林省TT公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的保障措施。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of Chinese economy and culture under the world economic pattern, instant messaging has become an indispensable means of communication for everyone to live and work, and the telecommunications industry has entered a period of rapid development. The network scale and user scale of telecommunication industry in China have already leapt to the first place in the world. Jilin Province TT Company in China TT company incorporated into the form of China Mobile, in strategic transition. The TT Company of Jilin Province should consolidate the implementation projects of the original main industry sectors, open up the implementation projects of the industrial investment plates, and create a new economic and social form with the Internet as the infrastructure and innovative elements. This paper focuses on the present situation of Jilin Province TT Company under the transition period of China TT Company, and analyzes the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and challenges of Jilin Province TT Company by using the SWOT analysis method to the actual situation of Jilin Province TT Company. And compared with other provinces TT company, the paper draws the enlightenment of Jilin province TT company, clarifies the development strategy and specific planning task of Jilin province TT company, and puts forward the specific project of Jilin province TT company construction and development strategy. On this basis, the development strategy of Jilin Province TT Company is summarized.
