【摘要】:知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)時(shí)代,人力資本是企業(yè)在競爭中制勝所依靠的主要力量和戰(zhàn)略性資源。信息技術(shù)企業(yè)對(duì)知識(shí)和技術(shù)依賴性極強(qiáng),一定程度上代表著我國的科技實(shí)力,一方面在我國經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整和生產(chǎn)力升級(jí)中發(fā)揮著主力軍的作用,另一方面對(duì)其他行業(yè)組織有極強(qiáng)的滲透促進(jìn)作用。因此,本文嘗試在企業(yè)層面使用理論分析和實(shí)證分析結(jié)合的方法評(píng)價(jià)信息技術(shù)企業(yè)人力資本與企業(yè)績效之間的關(guān)系,試圖為提升其人力資本使用效率提出對(duì)策,也從理論上拓展類似研究的思路。首先,本文簡單介紹信息技術(shù)企業(yè)人力資本研究的經(jīng)濟(jì)背景和理論背景,明確研究的目的和意義,梳理研究思路;然后對(duì)研究涉及的企業(yè)人力資本及其計(jì)量、信息技術(shù)企業(yè)及其特征和企業(yè)績效及其評(píng)價(jià)方法進(jìn)行明確的界定,在此基礎(chǔ)上梳理回顧關(guān)于企業(yè)人力資本、企業(yè)績效及兩者關(guān)系的文獻(xiàn),為下文打下基礎(chǔ)。其次,介紹企業(yè)資源基礎(chǔ)理論、競爭優(yōu)勢(shì)理論和代理理論的主要內(nèi)容,并在這些理論的指導(dǎo)之下明確信息技術(shù)企業(yè)人力資本的戰(zhàn)略資源屬性,并進(jìn)一步從人力資本結(jié)構(gòu)和人力資本投資兩個(gè)角度分析企業(yè)人力資本對(duì)企業(yè)績效的作用機(jī)制。再次,設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)證分析模型,明確數(shù)據(jù)來源和選取規(guī)則,并在對(duì)整體樣本回歸分析之后按照企業(yè)性質(zhì)和信息技術(shù)子行業(yè)進(jìn)行分類對(duì)比分析,以提高研究的客觀性和對(duì)現(xiàn)實(shí)描述的準(zhǔn)確度;貧w分析結(jié)果顯示,整體信息技術(shù)企業(yè)人力資本結(jié)構(gòu)的三個(gè)維度對(duì)企業(yè)績效有明顯促進(jìn)作用,而人力資本投資與企業(yè)績效之間關(guān)系相關(guān)性不明顯;技術(shù)人力資本和高管人力資本與企業(yè)績效的關(guān)系在不同所有權(quán)性質(zhì)的企業(yè)之間呈現(xiàn)出了差異;信息技術(shù)子行業(yè)回歸分析結(jié)果的差異只體現(xiàn)在技術(shù)人力資本與企業(yè)績效關(guān)系方面。本文針對(duì)分析結(jié)果的差異做出了相應(yīng)解釋。最后,在文章結(jié)尾提出相關(guān)建議對(duì)策和研究中的不足之處。
[Abstract]:In the era of knowledge economy, human capital is the main force and strategic resource for enterprises to win in the competition. Information technology enterprises are highly dependent on knowledge and technology, and to a certain extent represent the scientific and technological strength of our country. On the one hand, they play a major role in the adjustment of China's economic structure and the upgrading of productive forces. On the other hand, other industry organizations have a strong role in promoting penetration. Therefore, this paper tries to evaluate the relationship between human capital and performance of information technology enterprises by combining theoretical analysis and empirical analysis at the enterprise level, and tries to put forward countermeasures to improve the efficiency of the use of human capital. Also from the theory to expand the train of thought of similar research. Firstly, this paper briefly introduces the economic background and theoretical background of the research on human capital of information technology enterprises, clarifies the purpose and significance of the research, combs the research ideas, and then analyzes the human capital of enterprises involved in the research and its measurement. Information technology enterprises and their characteristics and enterprise performance and its evaluation methods are clearly defined, on the basis of combing and reviewing the literature on enterprise human capital, enterprise performance and their relationship, lay a foundation for the following. Secondly, it introduces the main contents of the basic theory of enterprise resources, the theory of competitive advantage and the theory of agency, and under the guidance of these theories, clarifies the attribute of strategic resources of human capital of information technology enterprises. Furthermore, this paper analyzes the mechanism of the effect of human capital on enterprise performance from the perspectives of human capital structure and human capital investment. Thirdly, the empirical analysis model is designed to clarify the data sources and selection rules, and after the overall sample regression analysis, according to the nature of the enterprise and information technology sub-industry classification and comparative analysis, In order to improve the objectivity of the study and the accuracy of the description of reality. The results of regression analysis show that the three dimensions of the overall information technology enterprise human capital structure have a significant role in promoting enterprise performance, but the relationship between human capital investment and enterprise performance is not obvious. The relationship between technological human capital and executive human capital and firm performance is different among enterprises with different ownership properties, and the difference of regression analysis results of information technology sub-industry is only reflected in the relationship between technological human capital and enterprise performance. This paper gives a corresponding explanation for the difference of the analysis results. Finally, at the end of the article put forward the relevant suggestions and deficiencies in the study.
