【摘要】：本文基于虛擬貨幣的定義和分類(lèi),探討虛擬貨幣對(duì)貨幣供求的影響,進(jìn)而構(gòu)建涵蓋虛擬貨幣的新的貨幣需求理論以及貨幣供給理論。本文認(rèn)為,虛擬貨幣對(duì)貨幣需求的影響方向和大小取決于其與現(xiàn)實(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)的聯(lián)系以及與現(xiàn)實(shí)世界貨幣(傳統(tǒng)貨幣和電子貨幣)之間的互動(dòng)關(guān)系,虛擬貨幣對(duì)現(xiàn)實(shí)世界交易性貨幣的替代會(huì)導(dǎo)致貨幣流通速度下降。如果將虛擬貨幣確認(rèn)為非貨幣,則其對(duì)貨幣供給的影響是間接的,影響方向和大小取決于虛擬貨幣的類(lèi)型;如果將虛擬貨幣確認(rèn)為貨幣,則會(huì)直接導(dǎo)致狹義貨幣乘數(shù)和廣義貨幣乘數(shù)增大�；诖�,本文討論了虛擬貨幣發(fā)行對(duì)中央銀行貨幣政策有效性的影響,并就相關(guān)監(jiān)管措施提出了建議。
[Abstract]:Based on the definition and classification of virtual money, this paper discusses the influence of virtual money on the supply and demand of money, and then constructs a new theory of money demand and money supply which covers virtual currency. This paper holds that the direction and magnitude of the influence of virtual money on the demand for money depends on its relationship with the real economy and the interaction with the real world currency (traditional currency and electronic currency). The substitution of virtual currency for real-world transactional currency will result in the decrease of currency velocity. If a virtual currency is recognized as non-monetary, its impact on the money supply is indirect, and the direction and magnitude of the impact depend on the type of virtual currency; if the virtual currency is recognized as currency, It will directly lead to the increase of the narrow money multiplier and the broad money multiplier. Based on this, this paper discusses the effect of virtual currency issuance on the effectiveness of central bank monetary policy, and puts forward some suggestions on relevant regulatory measures.
