【摘要】:中國鐵通玉溪分公司(簡稱玉溪鐵通)是隸屬鐵通云南分公司的地市級分公司,脫胎于鐵通昆明分公司,是一個新興的電信運營商,走過了九年的歷史。玉溪鐵通在夾縫中求生存,多年來一直發(fā)展不好,在激烈的電信市場競爭中處于弱勢地位,隨著電信重組,鐵通并入移動,近年來電信市場發(fā)展日新月異,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)市場方興未艾。玉溪鐵通如何轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展,在市場競爭中不斷成長,提升能力,從而占有一席之地,成為擺在玉溪鐵通面前的一道難題,根據(jù)玉溪鐵通面臨的實際情況和存在的問題制定一個科學的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略是玉溪鐵通發(fā)展的關鍵所在。 本文首先介紹了玉溪鐵通的公司背景,回顧了玉溪鐵通的發(fā)展經(jīng)歷,揭示了目前經(jīng)營中存在的問題,闡述了電信運營商面臨轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展和國家寬帶戰(zhàn)略的實施,根據(jù)玉溪電信市場發(fā)展狀況、趨勢、競爭狀況和市場格局,說明了玉溪鐵通的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略必須準確定位,才能取得發(fā)展。 本文通過對玉溪鐵通的外部環(huán)境、內(nèi)部條件分析,通過分析市場需求和市場競爭,運用SWOT分析方法,制定出玉溪鐵通要發(fā)展必須堅持“走專業(yè)化發(fā)展之路,打造移動全業(yè)務運營維護專業(yè)團隊”的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,描繪了玉溪鐵通的愿景和使命,明確了玉溪鐵通的市場發(fā)展定位,制定了戰(zhàn)略發(fā)展目標,確定業(yè)務層發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,提出了實施重點戰(zhàn)略的思想保障、全面預算管理、人力資源、網(wǎng)絡建設、經(jīng)營協(xié)同、維護服務保障措施。
[Abstract]:Yuxi Branch of China Tietong (referred to as Yuxi Tietong) is a prefecture-level branch belonging to Tietong Yunnan Branch. It was born in Kunming Branch of Tietong. It is a new telecom operator and has a history of nine years. Yuxi TieTong has been developing badly for many years and is in a weak position in the fierce competition of telecommunication market. With the reorganization of telecommunications, Tietong has been incorporated into mobile, and the telecommunication market has been developing with each passing day in recent years. The Internet market is in the ascendant. How to transform and develop Yuxi Tietong, constantly grow in the market competition, enhance ability, thus occupy a place, become a difficult problem in front of Yuxi TieTong. According to the actual situation and existing problems of Yuxi Tietong, it is the key of Yuxi Tietong's development to formulate a scientific development strategy. This paper first introduces the company background of Yuxi Tietong, reviews the development experience of Yuxi Tietong, reveals the problems existing in the current operation, and expounds the telecom operators facing the transformation and development and the implementation of the national broadband strategy. According to the development situation, trend, competition situation and market pattern of Yuxi telecom market, the development strategy of Yuxi Tietong must be positioned accurately in order to achieve development. Based on the analysis of the external environment, internal conditions, market demand and market competition of Yuxi Tietong, and the application of SWOT analysis method, this paper formulates that Yuxi Tietong must adhere to the road of specialized development if it wants to develop. The development strategy of building a professional team for the operation and maintenance of the whole business of mobile, describes the vision and mission of Yuxi Tietong, clarifies the market development orientation of Yuxi Tietong, formulates the strategic development objectives, and determines the development strategy of the business layer. This paper puts forward the ideological guarantee, overall budget management, human resources, network construction, management coordination and maintenance service guarantee measures of implementing key strategy.
