【摘要】：隨著高等教育事業(yè)高速發(fā)展，學(xué)校規(guī)模不斷擴(kuò)大，教學(xué)管理職能不斷擴(kuò)展，高校教師的信息量也隨之迅速增加且不斷更新，致使教師信息管理工作日益繁重�，F(xiàn)存的教師信息管理系統(tǒng)存在信息不全、數(shù)據(jù)更新慢、共享性差等問(wèn)題，，已不能適應(yīng)管理需求，這些問(wèn)題已成為教育廳部門(mén)和各高校院系的難題。本文結(jié)合江蘇省高校教師的實(shí)際情況，考慮到用戶對(duì)教師信息管理系統(tǒng)的實(shí)際需求，建立了一個(gè)基于Web技術(shù)的教師信息管理網(wǎng)站系統(tǒng)。本文著重闡述教師信息管理系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)及開(kāi)發(fā)的整體過(guò)程。 本系統(tǒng)共設(shè)有三種用戶權(quán)限，不同權(quán)限用戶擁有不同的功能：一是教師用戶，能對(duì)個(gè)人信息進(jìn)行添加、修改、刪除和預(yù)覽操作，并能查看公告信息、修改本人密碼；二是學(xué)校管理員用戶，能對(duì)學(xué)�；拘畔⑦M(jìn)行添加、修改和預(yù)覽操作，并能查詢本校所有教師信息、查看公告信息、修改本用戶密碼；三是教育廳管理員，能查詢省內(nèi)所有教師和院校的信息，并維護(hù)公告信息和各用戶的信息。 基于對(duì)軟件工程的開(kāi)發(fā)需求，本系統(tǒng)采用Visual Studio2010開(kāi)發(fā)工具、ASP.NET開(kāi)發(fā)技術(shù)、B/S三層架構(gòu)模式、C#及JavaScript開(kāi)發(fā)語(yǔ)言、Oracle數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)和ADO.NET連接數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)技術(shù)，對(duì)教師信息管理系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了需求分析、設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)。該系統(tǒng)運(yùn)用Web技術(shù)，旨在建立一種以互聯(lián)網(wǎng)為基礎(chǔ)的教師信息管理模式，這種新的管理模式將突破時(shí)空限制，使各權(quán)限用戶能在任何時(shí)間、任何地點(diǎn)通過(guò)網(wǎng)絡(luò)管理或查看信息，大大提高了管理水平和工作效率。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of higher education, the scale of school is expanding, the function of teaching management is expanding, and the amount of information of teachers in colleges and universities is increasing rapidly, which makes the management of teachers' information increasingly heavy. The existing teacher information management system has some problems, such as incomplete information, slow updating of data, poor sharing and so on, which can not meet the management needs. These problems have become a difficult problem for departments of education departments and colleges and departments in colleges and universities. According to the actual situation of university teachers in Jiangsu Province and considering the actual demand of users for teacher information management system, a teacher information management website system based on Web technology is established in this paper. This paper focuses on the overall process of the design and development of teacher information management system. The system has three kinds of user rights, different users have different functions: first, teachers can add, modify, delete and preview personal information, and can view public information, modify their passwords; Second, the school administrator user can add, modify and preview the basic information of the school, and can query all the teachers' information of the school, check the announcement information, modify the password of the user; third, the administrator of the education department, Can query the information of all teachers and colleges in the province, and maintain bulletin information and user information. Based on the development requirement of software engineering, this system adopts Visual Studio2010 development tool, ASP. Net development technology, B / S three-tier architecture mode C # and JavaScript development language, Oracle database and ADO.NET connection database technology, and analyzes the requirement of teacher information management system. Design and implementation. Using Web technology, the system aims to establish an Internet-based teacher information management model. This new management model will break through the space-time limit and enable users to manage or view information through the network at any time and anywhere. Greatly improved the management level and work efficiency.
