【摘要】：互聯(lián)網(wǎng)數(shù)據(jù)或者說"大"數(shù)據(jù),正被越來越多地用來及時評估個人、家庭、企業(yè)和公共機構(gòu)的相關(guān)活動。信息集涵蓋大量的觀測值,并可以容納靈活的概念形態(tài)及實驗設(shè)置。因此,對于研究廣泛的人力資源議題,如預(yù)報、現(xiàn)報和確定衛(wèi)生及福利問題,把握個人生活方方面面的匹配過程,以及在使用傳統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)評估存在缺陷的復(fù)雜問題中,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)數(shù)據(jù)極其有用。對于多數(shù)國家而言,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)數(shù)據(jù)能夠改進失業(yè)模型和失業(yè)預(yù)測分析。不過,預(yù)測的準(zhǔn)確度還要取決于一個國家的互聯(lián)網(wǎng)普及率、互聯(lián)網(wǎng)用戶的年齡結(jié)構(gòu),以及所建構(gòu)的互聯(lián)網(wǎng)變量的穩(wěn)定性。
[Abstract]:Internet data, or "big" data, are increasingly being used to assess the activities of individuals, households, businesses and public institutions in a timely manner. The information set covers a large number of observations and can accommodate flexible conceptual patterns and experimental settings. Therefore, for the study of a wide range of human resources issues, such as forecasting, reporting and identifying health and welfare issues, mastering the matching process in all aspects of personal life, and in the complex problems where traditional data are used to assess shortcomings, Internet data is extremely useful. For most countries, Internet data can improve unemployment models and unemployment forecasting analysis. However, the accuracy of the prediction depends on a country's Internet penetration, the age structure of Internet users, and the stability of the constructed Internet variables.
