基于競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力理論的電信運(yùn)營(yíng)企業(yè)成長(zhǎng)研究

【摘要】:隨著3G時(shí)代和移動(dòng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)時(shí)代的到來(lái),電信運(yùn)營(yíng)企業(yè)傳統(tǒng)業(yè)務(wù)的效益增長(zhǎng)日趨緩慢,競(jìng)爭(zhēng)格局的變化和技術(shù)的急速發(fā)展使電信運(yùn)營(yíng)企業(yè)成長(zhǎng)的空間受到擠壓。因此,如何在新的復(fù)雜多變的生態(tài)環(huán)境里,塑造和保持自身競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力、擴(kuò)大電信運(yùn)營(yíng)企業(yè)市場(chǎng)份額,實(shí)現(xiàn)良性成長(zhǎng)是中國(guó)的電信運(yùn)營(yíng)企業(yè)需要研究的問(wèn)題。本文從產(chǎn)業(yè)生命周期的角度構(gòu)建電信產(chǎn)業(yè)的生命周期模型,從企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力角度對(duì)移動(dòng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)時(shí)代下的電信運(yùn)營(yíng)企業(yè)成長(zhǎng)為研究對(duì)象,通過(guò)對(duì)電信運(yùn)營(yíng)企業(yè)成長(zhǎng)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系研究和模型構(gòu)建,提出電信運(yùn)營(yíng)企業(yè)的成長(zhǎng)路徑,旨在為運(yùn)營(yíng)企業(yè)探索適應(yīng)新形勢(shì)下的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)策略與模式,對(duì)于運(yùn)營(yíng)企業(yè)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展和企業(yè)產(chǎn)品價(jià)值的提升具有重要意義;同時(shí)通過(guò)對(duì)電信運(yùn)營(yíng)企業(yè)在競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中所存在的問(wèn)題的深入剖析,為政府監(jiān)管部門(mén)的管制政策制定、決策提供可參考的科學(xué)依據(jù)。 本文以管理學(xué)、營(yíng)銷(xiāo)學(xué)、經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)為理論基礎(chǔ),運(yùn)用企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力與企業(yè)成長(zhǎng)相關(guān)理論與方法對(duì)電信運(yùn)營(yíng)企業(yè)成長(zhǎng)進(jìn)行研究。論文著重研究了以下內(nèi)容:(1)基于產(chǎn)業(yè)生命周期理論,構(gòu)建了電信產(chǎn)業(yè)的生命周期模型,并進(jìn)行了產(chǎn)業(yè)效率評(píng)價(jià)。(2)基于企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力理論和企業(yè)成長(zhǎng)理論,構(gòu)建了電信運(yùn)營(yíng)企業(yè)成長(zhǎng)模型。(3)基于核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力評(píng)價(jià)體系,構(gòu)建了電信運(yùn)營(yíng)企業(yè)成長(zhǎng)指標(biāo)體系,并借助AHP方法對(duì)三家電信運(yùn)營(yíng)企業(yè)的成長(zhǎng)能力進(jìn)行了評(píng)測(cè)。(4)基于企業(yè)成長(zhǎng)因素,結(jié)合近五年的統(tǒng)計(jì)和預(yù)測(cè)數(shù)據(jù),對(duì)三家電信運(yùn)營(yíng)企業(yè)的企業(yè)成長(zhǎng)能力進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析。(5)通過(guò)構(gòu)建并運(yùn)用電信企業(yè)成長(zhǎng)模型,找出影響電信運(yùn)營(yíng)企業(yè)成長(zhǎng)的有利因素和不利因素,并得出不同內(nèi)外部因素對(duì)運(yùn)營(yíng)企業(yè)成長(zhǎng)起作用的不同程度,為電信運(yùn)營(yíng)企業(yè)的成長(zhǎng)提供可行的建議。 本文通過(guò)理論研究和實(shí)證研究得出以下結(jié)論:(1)電信產(chǎn)業(yè)已經(jīng)進(jìn)入成熟期,規(guī)模效率性逐步下降。(2)影響電信企業(yè)成長(zhǎng)的核心內(nèi)生因素主要有企業(yè)的財(cái)務(wù)運(yùn)作能力、營(yíng)銷(xiāo)能力、資源運(yùn)用能力、學(xué)習(xí)成長(zhǎng)能力及網(wǎng)絡(luò)影響能力,外部影響因素則主要是國(guó)家產(chǎn)業(yè)政策和企業(yè)機(jī)會(huì)。(3)從提升財(cái)務(wù)管理水平、企業(yè)營(yíng)銷(xiāo)能力、資源管理能力、建立和完善用人機(jī)制、拓展和挖掘合作關(guān)系等方面為電信運(yùn)營(yíng)企業(yè)提供有利于企業(yè)長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)發(fā)展的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)策略;同時(shí)從完善電信管制法規(guī)體系、電信管制機(jī)構(gòu)及管制模式等方面為政府完善電信市場(chǎng)監(jiān)管提出可行的建議。 本文通過(guò)理論分析和實(shí)證研究相結(jié)合,在以下幾個(gè)方面實(shí)現(xiàn)創(chuàng)新:一是將產(chǎn)業(yè)生命周期理論引入電信產(chǎn)業(yè),構(gòu)建了電信產(chǎn)業(yè)生命周期模型,并進(jìn)行產(chǎn)業(yè)效率評(píng)價(jià)。二是企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力理論引入企業(yè)成長(zhǎng)理論中,構(gòu)建了電信運(yùn)營(yíng)企業(yè)成長(zhǎng)模型和評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系。三是對(duì)中國(guó)三大電信運(yùn)營(yíng)企業(yè)成長(zhǎng)能力進(jìn)行評(píng)測(cè)和實(shí)證分析,得出三大運(yùn)營(yíng)企業(yè)成長(zhǎng)能力的綜合評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果,并提出其發(fā)展策略和管制建議。
[Abstract]:With the arrival of 3G era and mobile Internet era, the benefits of traditional business of telecom operators are increasing slowly. The change of competition pattern and the rapid development of technology have squeezed the space for telecom operators to grow. Therefore, in the new complex and changeable ecological environment, how to shape and maintain their own competitiveness, expand the market share of telecom operators, and achieve healthy growth are the problems that Chinese telecom operators need to study. This paper constructs the life cycle model of telecommunication industry from the angle of industry life cycle, and studies the growth of telecom operation enterprises in the era of mobile Internet from the point of view of enterprise competitiveness. Through the research on the index system and model construction of the growth evaluation of telecom operation enterprises, the paper puts forward the growth path of telecom operation enterprises, in order to explore the market competition strategy and mode to adapt to the new situation for the operators. It is of great significance for the sustainable development of the operating enterprises and the promotion of the value of the products of the enterprises. At the same time, through the in-depth analysis of the problems existing in the competition of the telecom operators, it is necessary to formulate the regulatory policies for the government supervision departments. Decision-making provides a scientific basis for reference. Based on the theories of management, marketing and economics, this paper studies the growth of telecom operators by using the theories and methods of enterprise competitiveness and enterprise growth. This paper focuses on the following contents: 1) based on the theory of industry life cycle, constructs the life cycle model of telecommunication industry, and evaluates the industrial efficiency. 2) based on the theory of enterprise competitiveness and the theory of enterprise growth. Based on the evaluation system of core competence, the paper constructs the growth index system of telecom operation enterprises, and evaluates the growth ability of three telecom operators by means of AHP method) based on the factors of enterprise growth. Combining with the statistics and forecast data in the past five years, the paper makes an empirical analysis on the growth ability of the three telecom operators. (5) by constructing and applying the growth model of telecom enterprises, we find out the favorable and unfavorable factors that affect the growth of telecom operators. And different internal and external factors have different effects on the growth of the operating enterprises, and provide feasible suggestions for the growth of telecom operators. Through theoretical and empirical research, this paper draws the following conclusions: 1) the telecommunications industry has entered a mature period, and the scale efficiency has gradually decreased. The core endogenous factors that affect the growth of telecom enterprises are mainly the financial operation ability and marketing ability of the enterprises. Resource utilization ability, learning and growth ability and network influence ability, external influencing factors are mainly national industrial policy and enterprise opportunity, from improving the level of financial management, enterprise marketing ability, resource management ability, establishing and perfecting the employment mechanism, To expand and excavate the cooperative relationship and so on, to provide a competitive strategy conducive to the long-term development of the telecom operation enterprises; at the same time, to improve the regulatory and regulatory system of telecommunications, This paper puts forward some feasible suggestions for the government to improve the regulation of telecommunication market. This paper combines theoretical analysis with empirical research to realize innovation in the following aspects: first, introducing the theory of industry life cycle into telecommunication industry, constructing the model of telecommunication industry life cycle, and evaluating the efficiency of industry. Secondly, the enterprise competitiveness theory is introduced into the enterprise growth theory, and the telecom operation enterprise growth model and evaluation index system are constructed. The third is to evaluate and analyze the growth ability of the three major telecom operators in China, and obtain the comprehensive evaluation results of the growth ability of the three major telecom operators, and put forward their development strategies and regulatory suggestions.
