【摘要】：在金融危機(jī)帶來的全球經(jīng)濟(jì)衰退,美國經(jīng)濟(jì)復(fù)蘇乏力,歐洲經(jīng)濟(jì)增速放緩,債務(wù)危機(jī)持續(xù)蔓延等消極因素的影響下,全球軟件產(chǎn)業(yè)將面臨更為激烈的競爭環(huán)境,這使得戰(zhàn)略管理在公司管理中的地位日益重要�，F(xiàn)在軟件公司之間的競爭,已經(jīng)不單純是產(chǎn)品的競爭,而是企業(yè)經(jīng)營系統(tǒng)的競爭。CSS軟件公司必須清楚自己在整個行業(yè)中的定位,時刻了解內(nèi)部、外部環(huán)境的變化,系統(tǒng)整合自己所擁有的資源,形成自己獨(dú)特的競爭優(yōu)勢。這樣才能夠在日益激烈的市場競爭中立于不敗之地。 本文以CSS軟件公司為研究對象,在收集大量資料和數(shù)據(jù)的基礎(chǔ)上,首先從公司的基本情況、內(nèi)部優(yōu)勢和內(nèi)部劣勢等方面進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的分析,其次運(yùn)用PEST宏觀環(huán)境分析法,對該行所處的政治法律環(huán)境、經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境、社會環(huán)境和技術(shù)環(huán)境等外部環(huán)境進(jìn)行了分析,運(yùn)用五力模型分析法對公司行業(yè)競爭狀況、新進(jìn)入者威脅、替代品威脅以及供應(yīng)商和購買者的議價能力進(jìn)行分析,并運(yùn)用IE矩陣分析、波士頓矩陣分析、SWOT分析法進(jìn)行戰(zhàn)略選擇,并制定正確的總體戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)體系,選擇相應(yīng)的競爭戰(zhàn)略,制定確保戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)實現(xiàn)的戰(zhàn)略措施,為公司的可持續(xù)發(fā)展提供良好的基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:Under the influence of the global economic recession brought by the financial crisis, the weak recovery of the US economy, the slowdown of the European economy, the continued spread of the debt crisis, and other negative factors, the global software industry will face a more intense competitive environment. This makes strategic management more and more important in the management of the company. Now, the competition among software companies is not simply the competition of products, but the competition of the enterprise management system. CSS software companies must be aware of their position in the whole industry and always understand the changes in the internal and external environment. The system integrates its own resources and forms its own unique competitive advantage. Only in this way can in the increasingly fierce market competition in an invincible position. This paper takes CSS Software Company as the research object, on the basis of collecting a large amount of data and data, firstly makes a detailed analysis from the basic situation, internal advantages and disadvantages of the company, and then uses the PEST macro environmental analysis method. This paper analyzes the political and legal environment, the economic environment, the social environment and the technological environment of the bank, and applies the five-force model analysis method to the competition situation of the company industry, the threat of the new entrants. The threat of alternatives and the bargaining power of suppliers and purchasers are analyzed. By using IE matrix analysis, Boston matrix analysis and SWOT analysis, the strategic choice is made, and the correct overall strategic objective system is formulated, and the corresponding competitive strategy is chosen. Develop strategic measures to ensure the achievement of strategic objectives, to provide a good foundation for the sustainable development of the company.
