【摘要】：隨著我國創(chuàng)業(yè)板大幕的拉開,越來越多的中小企業(yè)成長受到外界關(guān)注,創(chuàng)業(yè)板市場和中小企業(yè)二者比肩前行、相互促進(jìn)。中小企業(yè)的融資需求催化了中國創(chuàng)業(yè)板平臺(tái)的誕生,并為創(chuàng)業(yè)板市場的繁榮注入活力,中小企業(yè)的高速成長成為創(chuàng)業(yè)板生存及發(fā)展的重要核心。同樣,創(chuàng)業(yè)板市場的出現(xiàn)也為中小企業(yè)的成長提供了重要的資金支持和發(fā)展動(dòng)力,有了創(chuàng)業(yè)板助力中小企業(yè)的融資困境柳暗花明,融資成本大大降低,成長能力不斷提升。創(chuàng)業(yè)板上市公司成長性研究對于企業(yè)發(fā)展以及投資者的投資價(jià)值分析具有重要意義。本文首先對大量相關(guān)理論進(jìn)行整合,試圖結(jié)合創(chuàng)業(yè)板市場的獨(dú)特背景對其上市公司成長性的影響因素進(jìn)行分析,并建立一套相關(guān)的成長性評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系。然后選取網(wǎng)宿科技公司為案例,結(jié)合創(chuàng)業(yè)板上市公司特點(diǎn)和主導(dǎo)成長性因素對網(wǎng)宿科技公司成長的優(yōu)勢進(jìn)行全面剖析。再次,基于網(wǎng)宿科技公司的財(cái)務(wù)指標(biāo)和非財(cái)務(wù)指標(biāo)對其成長性進(jìn)行分析,并基于幾大機(jī)構(gòu)對于網(wǎng)宿科技公司的業(yè)績預(yù)測對其未來的成長潛力進(jìn)行評(píng)估,從而為該企業(yè)進(jìn)一步提高其成長性提供參考。
[Abstract]:With the opening of gem in China, more and more small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) are concerned about their growth. The financing needs of small and medium-sized enterprises catalyze the birth of China's gem platform and inject vitality into the prosperity of the gem market. The rapid growth of small and medium-sized enterprises has become an important core of the survival and development of the gem. Similarly, the emergence of the gem market also provides an important financial support and development power for the growth of small and medium-sized enterprises. The research on the growth of listed companies on gem is of great significance to the development of enterprises and the analysis of investors' investment value. This paper first integrates a large number of relevant theories and tries to analyze the factors affecting the growth of listed companies in the light of the unique background of the gem market and establish a set of relevant growth evaluation index system. Then, this paper selects the internet-based technology company as a case, and analyzes the advantages of the growth of internet-based technology company by combining the characteristics of the listed companies and the leading growth factors. Thirdly, based on the financial indicators and non-financial indicators, the growth is analyzed, and the future growth potential is evaluated based on the performance forecast of several major institutions. So as to further improve the growth of the enterprise to provide a reference.
