【摘要】：網(wǎng)絡(luò)直播與娛樂、電子游戲、商品銷售、教育、新聞傳播等多領(lǐng)域融合,在社會(huì)生活中發(fā)揮出重大作用。網(wǎng)絡(luò)直播行業(yè)迅速增長(zhǎng)的原因在于技術(shù)進(jìn)步、經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)以及它滿足了人們的多種需求。網(wǎng)絡(luò)直播領(lǐng)域還存在低俗內(nèi)容、侵權(quán)行為嚴(yán)重、數(shù)據(jù)造假等諸多問題,要推動(dòng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)直播的積極發(fā)展,必須加大法律法規(guī)的監(jiān)管力度,強(qiáng)化直播平臺(tái)應(yīng)承擔(dān)的社會(huì)責(zé)任,通過提高內(nèi)容品質(zhì)和豐富功能來提升網(wǎng)絡(luò)直播的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。
[Abstract]:The network live and entertainment, electronic games, commodity sales, education, news and communication have played a major role in the social life. The rapid growth of the network live industry is due to the technological progress, economic growth and the many needs of the people. There are still low and popular content in the field of network broadcast, and the number of infringements is serious. According to many problems such as counterfeiting and other problems, in order to promote the positive development of the network live, we must strengthen the supervision of the laws and regulations, strengthen the social responsibility that the live platform should bear, and improve the core competitiveness of the network direct seeding by improving the content quality and rich function.
