【摘要】：企業(yè)信息化是中國(guó)企業(yè)發(fā)展的必由之路，這已成為共識(shí)，但企業(yè)信息化系統(tǒng)實(shí)施的成功率低下又成為企業(yè)信息化的障礙。因此分析并解決企業(yè)信息化實(shí)施中的難點(diǎn)和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)，推動(dòng)項(xiàng)目管理在企業(yè)信息化實(shí)施中的運(yùn)用與發(fā)展，對(duì)健康有效地推動(dòng)我國(guó)企業(yè)信息化進(jìn)程，具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義和指導(dǎo)價(jià)值。 論文在對(duì)信息化實(shí)施項(xiàng)目管理及其相關(guān)概念進(jìn)行了較為詳盡地分析和研究的基礎(chǔ)上，對(duì)企業(yè)信息化實(shí)施項(xiàng)目管理的概念、作用、內(nèi)容、特點(diǎn)以及我國(guó)企業(yè)信息化實(shí)施的現(xiàn)狀、存在問(wèn)題等方面進(jìn)行了重點(diǎn)闡述，并對(duì)國(guó)外成熟的信息化實(shí)施項(xiàng)目管理體系做了深入、全面地介紹與分析，隨之論述了項(xiàng)目管理在企業(yè)信息化實(shí)施中的特點(diǎn)和作用及其具體應(yīng)用與操作。最后，根據(jù)我國(guó)國(guó)情，，對(duì)我國(guó)信息化實(shí)施的經(jīng)驗(yàn)教訓(xùn)進(jìn)行分析與總結(jié)，結(jié)合項(xiàng)目管理理論，提出了符合中國(guó)國(guó)情的信息化實(shí)施項(xiàng)目管理的宏觀策略與具體對(duì)策，并對(duì)此進(jìn)行詳細(xì)地分析和闡述，構(gòu)建出企業(yè)信息化實(shí)施項(xiàng)目管理的總體框架。
[Abstract]:Enterprise informatization is the only way for the development of Chinese enterprises, which has become a consensus, but the low success rate of the implementation of enterprise informatization system has become an obstacle to enterprise informatization. Therefore, it is of practical significance and guiding value to analyze and solve the difficulties and risks in the implementation of enterprise informatization, to promote the application and development of project management in the implementation of enterprise informatization, and to promote the process of enterprise informatization in our country healthily and effectively. On the basis of detailed analysis and research on the project management and its related concepts, the paper gives a detailed analysis of the concept, function, content, characteristics and current situation of the implementation of enterprise informatization in our country. The existing problems are discussed in detail, and the mature information implementation project management system in foreign countries is introduced and analyzed thoroughly. Then it discusses the characteristics and functions of project management in the implementation of enterprise information and its concrete application and operation. Finally, according to the situation of our country, this paper analyzes and summarizes the experiences and lessons of the implementation of information technology in our country, combining with the theory of project management, puts forward the macro strategy and concrete countermeasures of implementing the project management in accordance with the national conditions of China. This paper analyzes and expatiates on this in detail, and constructs the overall frame of implementing project management of enterprise informatization.
