【摘要】：中國(guó)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)在過(guò)去發(fā)展的二十年間,在獲取廣泛信息,給人們生活提供便利,促進(jìn)人們之間的交流方面發(fā)揮了重要作用。淘寶使人們購(gòu)物不需要出門(mén),微信使得我們交流更加便捷,各大視頻網(wǎng)站的興起也充實(shí)了人們的生活?yuàn)蕵?lè)�；ヂ�(lián)網(wǎng)企業(yè)如雨后春筍般成立,各個(gè)視頻網(wǎng)站也紛紛成立,經(jīng)過(guò)激烈的競(jìng)爭(zhēng),2010年之后視頻網(wǎng)站經(jīng)過(guò)洗牌,形成了優(yōu)酷、愛(ài)奇藝、騰訊、樂(lè)視等幾家獨(dú)大的局面。不同的是,有些視頻網(wǎng)站一直處于虧損狀態(tài)。企業(yè)希望能夠賺取更多的利潤(rùn),因此企業(yè)對(duì)盈利模式漸漸開(kāi)始重視,他們認(rèn)識(shí)到適合自身的盈利模式才是企業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵,照搬外國(guó)模式是行不通的,因此對(duì)盈利模式的研究也越來(lái)越多。本文選取樂(lè)視網(wǎng)為例,是因?yàn)闃?lè)視是第一家盈利的視頻網(wǎng)站,對(duì)其盈利模式的研究,主要分析樂(lè)視網(wǎng)的盈利模式是什么,在價(jià)值鏈條上的每個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)如何創(chuàng)新經(jīng)營(yíng)活動(dòng)實(shí)現(xiàn)超額利潤(rùn),在此基礎(chǔ)上,分析樂(lè)視網(wǎng)盈利模式的構(gòu)成要素。本文在內(nèi)容上首先介紹了中國(guó)視頻網(wǎng)站的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和樂(lè)視網(wǎng)盈利模式的狀況,其次分析樂(lè)視網(wǎng)盈利模式的價(jià)值鏈、構(gòu)成要素、和在現(xiàn)有的盈利模式下企業(yè)財(cái)務(wù)狀況、與同行業(yè)優(yōu)酷土豆的盈利模式進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析,最后發(fā)現(xiàn)樂(lè)視網(wǎng)在市場(chǎng)份額、收入結(jié)構(gòu)、用戶黏性等方面存在優(yōu)勢(shì)。但是也有籌資風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、現(xiàn)金流短缺和擴(kuò)大產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈帶來(lái)的技術(shù)人才壓力等不足。根據(jù)此對(duì)樂(lè)視提出進(jìn)一步的優(yōu)化建議。
[Abstract]:In the past two decades, the Internet in China has played an important role in obtaining extensive information, providing convenience for people's life and promoting communication among people.Taobao allows people to shop without going out, WeChat makes our communication easier, and the rise of major video sites enriches people's lives and entertainment.Internet companies are springing up, and various video websites have been set up. After fierce competition, after 2010, video websites were reshuffled, forming Youku, iqiyi, Tencent, Letv and other unique situation.The difference is that some video sites have been at a loss.Enterprises want to earn more profits, so they begin to pay more attention to the profit model gradually. They realize that the profit model is the key to the sustainable development of the enterprise, and it is not feasible to copy the foreign model.Therefore, there are more and more research on profit model.This article chooses Letv net as an example, because Letv is the first profit video website, to its profit pattern research, mainly analyzes the Letv net profit pattern is what,On the basis of how to innovate the management activities to realize the excess profit in each link of the value chain, this paper analyzes the constituent elements of Letv net profit model.Firstly, this paper introduces the development of Chinese video websites and the profit model of Letv. Secondly, it analyzes the value chain, the elements of the profit model, and the financial situation of the enterprises under the existing profit model.Comparing with the profit model of Youku Tudou in the same industry, the paper finds out the advantage of Letv net in market share, income structure, user stickiness and so on.But there are also financing risks, cash flow shortages and the expansion of the industrial chain brought about by the pressure of technical personnel and other deficiencies.According to this put forward further optimization suggestion to Letv.
