【摘要】：針對韓國新時期信息與通信技術(shù)(ICT)《K-ICT安全2020戰(zhàn)略(2016—2020)》展開背景分析,簡述其戰(zhàn)略藍(lán)圖與目標(biāo)、重點任務(wù)以及保障體系,對比分析其新一屆執(zhí)政黨關(guān)于ICT研發(fā)戰(zhàn)略兩大時期的側(cè)重與轉(zhuǎn)變,以促進(jìn)我國ICT產(chǎn)業(yè)應(yīng)對政策制定,助力我國ICT產(chǎn)業(yè)的未來發(fā)展及國際市場核心競爭力成長。
[Abstract]:Based on the background analysis of K-ICT Security 2020 Strategy 2016-2020, the paper briefly describes its strategic blueprint and objectives, key tasks and guarantee system, in view of the information and communication technology (ICT) of Korea in the new period (ICT20) < K-ICT Security 2020 Strategy (2016-2020). This paper contrasts and analyzes the emphasis and transformation of the new ruling party on the ICT R & D strategy in two periods in order to promote the policy formulation of China's ICT industry and help the future development of China's ICT industry and the growth of the core competitiveness of the international market.
