【摘要】：基于新疆建設(shè)兵團(tuán)2011~2014年的面板數(shù)據(jù),本文運(yùn)用綜合評(píng)價(jià)法對(duì)新疆建設(shè)兵團(tuán)信息化和工業(yè)化融合水平進(jìn)行測(cè)算,研究結(jié)果顯示:新疆建設(shè)兵團(tuán)及其各師兩化融合水平在近四年中持續(xù)提升;新疆建設(shè)兵團(tuán)南北疆之間兩化融合水平存在明顯差距;新疆建設(shè)兵團(tuán)及其各師的兩化融合潛力較大。在此基礎(chǔ)上,本文分別使用多元線性模型和雙限Tobit模型對(duì)新疆建設(shè)兵團(tuán)兩化融合的影響因素展開(kāi)回歸分析,根據(jù)分析結(jié)果本文提出積極應(yīng)用信息技術(shù)、改善基礎(chǔ)環(huán)境、加大政策支持力度等政策建議。
[Abstract]:Based on the panel data of Xinjiang Construction Corps from 2011 to 2014, this paper uses the comprehensive evaluation method to measure the level of informatization and industrialization integration of Xinjiang Construction Corps.The results show that the level of integration between the Xinjiang Construction Corps and its divisions has been continuously improved in the past four years, there is a clear gap between the two levels of integration between the north and the south of the Xinjiang Construction Corps, and the potential of the integration of the Xinjiang Construction Corps and its divisions is great.On this basis, this paper uses the multivariate linear model and the double-limited Tobit model to analyze the factors influencing the fusion of Xinjiang Construction Corps respectively. According to the results of the analysis, this paper puts forward the positive application of information technology to improve the basic environment.Increase policy support and other policy recommendations.
