碳交易背景下電信運(yùn)營(yíng)商最優(yōu)減排策略

【摘要】:2017年中國(guó)將建成全國(guó)碳交易統(tǒng)一市場(chǎng),通信運(yùn)營(yíng)商也在積極探索如何參與到碳交易市場(chǎng)中去,如何在碳交易過(guò)程中實(shí)現(xiàn)自身利益最大化是通信運(yùn)營(yíng)商要考慮的問(wèn)題,也是本文擬解決的問(wèn)題,本文結(jié)合碳交易背景,研究了綠色服務(wù)供應(yīng)鏈中各個(gè)參與方特別是通信運(yùn)營(yíng)商行為策略分析。鑒于服務(wù)供應(yīng)鏈管理中如何進(jìn)行綠色化的研究還很缺乏,首先,由一個(gè)設(shè)備制造商和一個(gè)電信服務(wù)提供商組成的二級(jí)電信服務(wù)供應(yīng)鏈?zhǔn)紫缺粯?gòu)建,在節(jié)能設(shè)備“節(jié)能不節(jié)錢”假設(shè)、“存在不同節(jié)能水平的設(shè)備供采購(gòu)”假設(shè)、存在碳配額和碳交易等一系列比較現(xiàn)實(shí)的假設(shè)下,分別在分散決策、集中決策下,嘗試對(duì)服務(wù)供應(yīng)鏈的服務(wù)能力綠色化決策進(jìn)行建模和分析;進(jìn)一步,通過(guò)一個(gè)二元定價(jià)機(jī)制實(shí)現(xiàn)了服務(wù)供應(yīng)鏈的綠色協(xié)同;最后,分別從設(shè)備制造商角度、通信服務(wù)提供商角度和政府碳政策制定的角度,給出了一些有益結(jié)論。結(jié)論顯示,存在服務(wù)鏈的綠色協(xié)同,并且應(yīng)該通過(guò)該綠色協(xié)同來(lái)提高服務(wù)鏈的綠色采購(gòu)比例和獲得更高的收益;同時(shí),對(duì)新增服務(wù)能力設(shè)定碳配額總量的方法不能提高綠色采購(gòu)比例,它只對(duì)運(yùn)營(yíng)商以及供應(yīng)鏈的利潤(rùn)有線性調(diào)節(jié)作用等。
[Abstract]:In 2017, China will build a unified national carbon trading market, and telecom operators are actively exploring how to participate in the carbon trading market, and how to maximize their own interests in the process of carbon trading is a problem to be considered by telecommunications operators. It is also the problem to be solved in this paper. Based on the background of carbon trading, this paper studies the behavior strategies of all participants in the green service supply chain, especially the communication operators. In view of the lack of research on how to green in the service supply chain management, First, a secondary telecommunications service supply chain consisting of a manufacturer of equipment and a telecommunications service provider is first constructed, assuming that there is "no money saved" in energy-efficient equipment, and that there are "equipment for purchase at different levels of energy conservation". Under a series of realistic assumptions, such as carbon quota and carbon trading, we try to model and analyze the green decision of service capacity in service supply chain under decentralized and centralized decision. The green coordination of service supply chain is realized by a binary pricing mechanism. Finally, some useful conclusions are given from the point of view of equipment manufacturer, communication service provider and government carbon policy. There is green synergy in the service chain, and the green coordination should be used to increase the proportion of green procurement in the service chain and to obtain higher revenue; at the same time, the method of setting the total carbon quota for the new service capacity cannot increase the proportion of green procurement. It only has the linear adjustment function to the operator and the supply chain profit.
