W電廠空氣預(yù)熱器改造項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理研究

【摘要】:項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理作為企業(yè)管理的一項(xiàng)重要內(nèi)容,已經(jīng)逐漸成為電力企業(yè)獲取競爭優(yōu)勢的關(guān)鍵決定因素。如何開展好項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理與提高企業(yè)生產(chǎn)效率,提升企業(yè)核心競爭力息息相關(guān)。 本論文首先回顧了項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理及其相關(guān)知識(shí)在我國傳播應(yīng)用的發(fā)展歷程,對(duì)目前我國項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理的現(xiàn)狀與國內(nèi)外項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理的技術(shù)動(dòng)態(tài)進(jìn)行分析。隨后對(duì)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理相關(guān)概念進(jìn)行了闡述,并提出了目前項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理中存在的一些普遍性問題。 論文主要內(nèi)容是主要對(duì)W電廠設(shè)備改造中項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理的應(yīng)用進(jìn)行介紹,分析存在于W電廠設(shè)備改造進(jìn)度管理中的優(yōu)點(diǎn)和不足之處。本論文在文獻(xiàn)研究與經(jīng)驗(yàn)借鑒的基礎(chǔ)上,運(yùn)用理論歸納與實(shí)際對(duì)比的方法針對(duì)W電廠空氣預(yù)熱器改造項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行進(jìn)度計(jì)劃與進(jìn)度控制管理,并結(jié)合設(shè)備改造實(shí)踐進(jìn)行了實(shí)證研究。 本論文設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)劃了W電廠空氣預(yù)熱器改造項(xiàng)目的整套項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理方案。從項(xiàng)目描述、項(xiàng)目分解到進(jìn)度矩陣、進(jìn)度優(yōu)化;詳細(xì)、科學(xué)、合理的對(duì)W電廠空氣預(yù)熱器改造工作項(xiàng)目的進(jìn)度進(jìn)行科學(xué)管理。從確定控制目標(biāo)、建立控制體系到制定進(jìn)度控制措施、制定進(jìn)度控制對(duì)策等各方面對(duì)W電廠空氣預(yù)熱器改造項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行了進(jìn)度控制。調(diào)查研究了項(xiàng)目中經(jīng)常遇到的困難與障礙,并運(yùn)用項(xiàng)目管理的方法制定了相應(yīng)的對(duì)策,從進(jìn)度管理的角度加以總結(jié)、對(duì)照、分析、歸納,為同類項(xiàng)目的實(shí)施提供了大量寶貴經(jīng)驗(yàn)。 本論文應(yīng)用科學(xué)的項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理方法,針對(duì)具體項(xiàng)目,具體案例解決了實(shí)際設(shè)備改造中的問題。從項(xiàng)目開工,布置,、施工,竣工到驗(yàn)收、問題的發(fā)現(xiàn)、解決內(nèi)容詳實(shí),針對(duì)性強(qiáng),對(duì)同類工程項(xiàng)目具有一定的參考性。論文提出把項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理應(yīng)用于電廠實(shí)際設(shè)備改造工作,對(duì)提高電廠項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理水平具有重要意義,是項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理實(shí)踐中的一次有益的嘗試。
[Abstract]:As an important part of enterprise management, project schedule management has gradually become the key determinant for electric power enterprises to gain competitive advantage. How to carry out the project schedule management is closely related to improving the production efficiency and enhancing the core competitiveness of enterprises. This paper first reviews the development of project schedule management and its related knowledge dissemination and application in China, and analyzes the current situation of project schedule management in China and the technical trends of project schedule management at home and abroad. Then the related concepts of project schedule management are expounded, and some common problems in project schedule management are put forward. The main content of this paper is to introduce the application of project schedule management in the equipment transformation of W power plant, and analyze the advantages and disadvantages existing in the equipment renovation schedule management of W power plant. On the basis of literature research and experience, this paper uses the method of theoretical induction and practical comparison to carry out schedule planning and schedule control management for the air preheater renovation project in W power plant, and carries out an empirical study combined with the practice of equipment transformation. In this paper, the whole project schedule management scheme of air preheater renovation project in W power plant is designed and planned. From project description, project decomposition to schedule matrix, schedule optimization, detailed, scientific and reasonable management of the schedule of the air preheater reconstruction project in W power plant. From the aspects of determining the control target, establishing the control system, drawing up the schedule control measures and drawing up the schedule control countermeasures, the progress control of the retrofit project of the air preheater in W power plant has been carried out. This paper investigates and studies the difficulties and obstacles often encountered in the project, and makes corresponding countermeasures by using the method of project management, and sums up, contrasts, analyses and concludes, from the perspective of schedule management, For the implementation of similar projects to provide a lot of valuable experience. In this paper, the scientific project schedule management method is applied to solve the problems in the actual equipment transformation for specific projects and specific cases. From the start of the project, layout, construction, completion to acceptance, problem finding, solution content is detailed, pertinence is strong, has certain reference to the similar engineering project. This paper puts forward that the application of project schedule management to the retrofit of actual equipment in power plants is of great significance to improving the level of project schedule management and is a beneficial attempt in the practice of project schedule management.
