【摘要】：分析了停產(chǎn)后服務(wù)備件的三種存儲模式,以主要基層倉庫和常規(guī)基層倉庫模式為基本模式,建立了選址庫存模型,將兩級庫存體系不變模式和單級庫存體系模式作為特例加以討論,并設(shè)計(jì)了基于遺傳算法的迭代算法求解選址庫存問題,通過仿真算例驗(yàn)證了模型和方法的可行性和有效性.通過分析,主要基層倉庫和常規(guī)基層倉庫模式能夠?qū)⒊杀緝?yōu)勢與客戶服務(wù)水平良好結(jié)合,是一種較好的模式.
[Abstract]:The three storage modes of service spare parts after shutdown are analyzed. Taking the main basic level warehouse and the conventional basic level warehouse model as the basic model, the location inventory model is established. The two level inventory system invariant model and the single level inventory model are discussed as a special example, and an iterative algorithm based on genetic algorithm is designed to solve the problem of location inventory. Through the simulation example, the feasibility and effectiveness of the model and method are verified. Through the analysis, the main storehouse and the conventional storehouse model can combine the cost advantage with the customer service level well, and it is a better model.
