S公司協(xié)同供應(yīng)鏈的質(zhì)量管理研究

【摘要】:面對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化為企業(yè)帶來(lái)的機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn),市場(chǎng)對(duì)企業(yè)參與競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的能力尤其是產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量和產(chǎn)品信譽(yù)提出了更高的要求,企業(yè)之間的合作越來(lái)越密切,供應(yīng)鏈管理的思想和方法被越來(lái)越多的企業(yè)所重視,企業(yè)之間的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)已經(jīng)演化為供應(yīng)鏈與供應(yīng)鏈之間的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)。為了在激烈的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中取得競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì),企業(yè)必須采用先進(jìn)的質(zhì)量管理思想、方法和技術(shù),進(jìn)一步改進(jìn)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量,提高企業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。 本文以系統(tǒng)理論為指導(dǎo),綜合運(yùn)用供應(yīng)鏈理論、現(xiàn)代質(zhì)量管理理論等理論與方法,,系統(tǒng)地研究了協(xié)同供應(yīng)鏈的質(zhì)量管理問(wèn)題。選取機(jī)械制造公司S為研究對(duì)象,在分析S公司目前質(zhì)量管理現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上提出協(xié)同供應(yīng)鏈質(zhì)量管理體系。應(yīng)用供應(yīng)鏈協(xié)同思想構(gòu)建信息共享模式以解決S公司質(zhì)量關(guān)系的問(wèn)題,為后續(xù)研究奠定了基礎(chǔ)。遵循產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量形成的過(guò)程對(duì)協(xié)同供應(yīng)鏈運(yùn)行的流程進(jìn)行了研究,包括對(duì)供應(yīng)商的質(zhì)量管理,設(shè)計(jì)二次分配的利益分配模型作為激勵(lì)供應(yīng)商提供高質(zhì)產(chǎn)品的手段;對(duì)產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)的質(zhì)量管理,應(yīng)用質(zhì)量功能展開(kāi)方法針對(duì)S公司產(chǎn)品帶式輸送機(jī)進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì),以抓住設(shè)計(jì)監(jiān)控重點(diǎn);對(duì)過(guò)程的質(zhì)量管理,建立質(zhì)量數(shù)據(jù)倉(cāng)庫(kù)以輔助公司生產(chǎn)過(guò)程。除此之外,還提出了相應(yīng)的保障措施以促進(jìn)S公司質(zhì)量管理體系的有效運(yùn)行。通過(guò)研究,建立了較系統(tǒng)、較全面的協(xié)同供應(yīng)鏈質(zhì)量管理基本框架及實(shí)現(xiàn)方法,為企業(yè)實(shí)施協(xié)同供應(yīng)鏈戰(zhàn)略提供了理論基礎(chǔ)和實(shí)際指導(dǎo)。
[Abstract]:In the face of the opportunities and challenges that economic globalization brings to enterprises, the market has put forward higher demands on the ability of enterprises to participate in competition, especially product quality and product reputation. The cooperation among enterprises is becoming more and more close. More and more enterprises attach importance to the ideas and methods of supply chain management. The competition between enterprises has evolved into supply. Competition between chain and supply chain. In order to gain competitive advantage in the fierce competition, enterprises must adopt advanced quality management ideas, methods and techniques to further improve the quality of products and improve the competitiveness of enterprises.
Based on the theory of system and the theory and methods of the supply chain theory and modern quality management theory, this paper systematically studies the quality management of cooperative supply chain, selects the S as the research object, and puts forward the cooperative supply chain quality management system on the basis of the analysis of the current quality management of S company. In order to solve the problem of the quality relationship of S company and lay the foundation for the follow-up research, the information sharing mode is constructed by the chain coordination idea. The process of the collaborative supply chain operation is studied by following the process of product quality formation, including the quality management of the supplier and the design of the two distribution of profit distribution model as the incentive supplier. The means of product design; the quality management of the product design, the application of the quality function expansion method to the design of the S company's product belt conveyor, in order to grasp the key point of the design monitoring, the quality management of the process and the establishment of the quality data warehouse to assist the company's production process. In addition, the corresponding safeguard measures are put forward to promote the quality of the S company. The effective operation of the quantity management system. Through the research, a more systematic and comprehensive quality management framework and implementation method of the cooperative supply chain is set up, which provides the theoretical basis and practical guidance for the enterprise to implement the cooperative supply chain strategy.
