【摘要】：伴隨電站項(xiàng)目工程承包企業(yè)紛紛轉(zhuǎn)向海外市場(chǎng),涉外電站項(xiàng)目承包已變?yōu)樵撔袠I(yè)企業(yè)未來(lái)業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展的重點(diǎn)。國(guó)際市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)變得口益激烈、殘酷,要想在競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中獲勝、甚至立于不敗之地,這些涉外工程企業(yè)需要在各個(gè)方面進(jìn)行不斷改進(jìn),尤其在項(xiàng)目管理方面的改進(jìn)。一個(gè)涉外電站項(xiàng)目的項(xiàng)目管理重點(diǎn)是項(xiàng)目的質(zhì)量管理,同時(shí)項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理也是項(xiàng)目管理的難點(diǎn),如何管理好一個(gè)涉外電站項(xiàng)目的質(zhì)量、降低項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)是擺在這些企業(yè)面前的難題,也是需要迫切解決的問題。 本文研究的對(duì)象是涉外電站項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理模式。本文通過(guò)對(duì)電站工程承包企業(yè)的質(zhì)量管理現(xiàn)狀的共性分析,對(duì)以往及當(dāng)前涉外電站項(xiàng)目的質(zhì)量現(xiàn)狀的分析,對(duì)項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理模式的分析、對(duì)比與研究,以及對(duì)正在執(zhí)行的涉外電站項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理的成功案例的介紹,對(duì)幾種管理模式進(jìn)行了對(duì)比和優(yōu)選。通過(guò)推薦采用適合涉外電站項(xiàng)目的國(guó)際第三方檢驗(yàn)式模式,幫助企業(yè)找到解決涉外電站項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理問題的辦法。本文能對(duì)涉外電站項(xiàng)目的質(zhì)量管理及風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制的實(shí)踐,有所助益。 全文共分為4章進(jìn)行論述,闡述了本文研究的背景及現(xiàn)實(shí)意義、項(xiàng)目管理及項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理在國(guó)內(nèi)外的研究與應(yīng)用并引出本文所要研究的課題以及通過(guò)文獻(xiàn)歸納和訪談?wù){(diào)研的方法所要達(dá)到的研究目標(biāo),介紹了涉外電站項(xiàng)目的特點(diǎn)、質(zhì)量管理現(xiàn)狀以及當(dāng)前項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理存在的問題,比較了涉外電站項(xiàng)目的四種質(zhì)量管理模式即甲方式的管理模式、乙方式的管理模式、監(jiān)理式的質(zhì)量管理模式以及國(guó)際第三方的模式,實(shí)施了訪談?wù){(diào)研并對(duì)訪談?wù){(diào)研的結(jié)果進(jìn)行歸納總結(jié),從而總結(jié)得出涉外電站項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理模式的最優(yōu)選擇。
[Abstract]:With the power project contracting enterprises turning to overseas market one after another, foreign-related power station project contracting has become the focus of the future business development of the industry enterprises. The international market competition becomes fierce and cruel. In order to win in the competition and even remain invincible, these foreign engineering enterprises need to make continuous improvement in all aspects, especially in the improvement of project management. The project management of a foreign power station project is focused on the quality management of the project. At the same time, the project quality management is also the difficulty of the project management. How to manage the quality of a foreign power station project, Reducing project risk is not only a difficult problem in front of these enterprises, but also an urgent problem to be solved. The object of this paper is the quality management mode of foreign-related power station project. In this paper, through the common analysis of the quality management status of the power station project contracting enterprises, the analysis of the past and current foreign power station project quality status, the analysis, comparison and research of the project quality management model, The successful cases of foreign power station project quality management are introduced, and several management modes are compared and selected. By recommending an international third-party test model suitable for foreign power station projects, this paper helps enterprises to find a solution to the quality management problems of foreign power station projects. This paper can be helpful to the practice of quality management and risk control of foreign power station projects. The full text is divided into four chapters to discuss the background and practical significance of this study. The research and application of project management and project quality management at home and abroad and the research objectives to be achieved by the methods of literature induction and interview are introduced, and the characteristics of foreign-related power station projects are introduced. The present situation of quality management and the problems existing in the current project quality management are compared. The four quality management modes of foreign power station projects are compared: mode A management mode, mode B mode management mode, The quality management mode of supervision type and the mode of international third party have carried out interview investigation and summarized the results of interview investigation, so as to conclude the optimal choice of quality management mode of foreign power station project.
