【摘要】:Management Game(以下簡稱MG),是美國卡內(nèi)基梅隆大學(xué)創(chuàng)辦的模擬企業(yè)運(yùn)營的操作課程,通過多年的運(yùn)營和改善,現(xiàn)在已經(jīng)成為管理教育的一門優(yōu)質(zhì)的管理課程,這門課程以計(jì)算機(jī)和互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)為支撐,參與模擬系統(tǒng)的人模仿跨國公司的高層管理人員,共同虛擬運(yùn)營產(chǎn)銷一條龍的企業(yè)。為了圍繞企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略經(jīng)營問題進(jìn)行研究,特參與卡耐基梅隆大學(xué)的全球MG課題研討。各模擬企業(yè)通過3年(每年四個(gè)季度)的經(jīng)營與競爭,通過企業(yè)的整體戰(zhàn)略、市場營銷戰(zhàn)略、生產(chǎn)戰(zhàn)略、財(cái)務(wù)管理戰(zhàn)略等方面的制定、執(zhí)行與調(diào)整,使參與者進(jìn)一步將理論知識(shí)應(yīng)用到實(shí)踐,以培養(yǎng)和提升參與者的高層管理能力。HQAP公司是MG項(xiàng)目中模擬經(jīng)營的一家公司,由東北大學(xué)2014屆MBA學(xué)員創(chuàng)辦的,公司管理團(tuán)隊(duì)共由四名MBA學(xué)員組成,分別扮演四個(gè)角色,CEO、CFO、CMO和COO,分別負(fù)責(zé)公司的總體戰(zhàn)略方向的把控、市場營銷戰(zhàn)略的制定與實(shí)施、生產(chǎn)活動(dòng)制定和管理以及財(cái)務(wù)戰(zhàn)略的制定及執(zhí)行。筆者在該項(xiàng)目中擔(dān)任HQAP公司的財(cái)務(wù)總監(jiān)。本文就是基于HQAP公司三年財(cái)務(wù)管理實(shí)踐的基礎(chǔ)上完成的。文章從財(cái)務(wù)管理戰(zhàn)略理論概述入手,分別描述企業(yè)概況,所處財(cái)務(wù)環(huán)境分析,進(jìn)而探討如何對(duì)企業(yè)財(cái)務(wù)戰(zhàn)略進(jìn)行選擇、實(shí)施和調(diào)整,并對(duì)未來三年的財(cái)務(wù)戰(zhàn)略做相應(yīng)規(guī)劃。
[Abstract]:Management name (hereinafter referred to as MGN) is an operating course of simulated business operation established by Carnegie Mellon University in the United States. After years of operation and improvement, it has become a high-quality management course in management education. This course is supported by computer and Internet technology. People who participate in the simulation system mimic the senior management of multinational companies and work together in virtual operation of one-stop production and marketing enterprises. In order to study the strategic management of enterprises, we participated in the global MG research of Carnegie Mellon University. Through three years (four quarters per year) of management and competition, through the overall strategy of the enterprise, marketing strategy, production strategy, financial management strategy and other aspects of the formulation, implementation and adjustment, To enable participants to further apply theoretical knowledge to practice in order to develop and enhance participants' senior management capabilities. HQAP is a simulated operating company in the MG project, which was founded by MBA students of Northeast University in 2014. The company's management team is composed of four MBA students, who play four roles, respectively, in charge of the overall strategic direction of the company and the formulation and implementation of the marketing strategy. Development and management of production activities and formulation and implementation of financial strategy. The author is the financial director of HQAP Company in this project. This article is based on the HQAP company's three-year financial management practice on the basis of the completion. Starting with the summary of the theory of financial management strategy, this paper describes the general situation of the enterprise, analyzes the financial environment, and then discusses how to select, implement and adjust the financial strategy of the enterprise, and make a corresponding plan for the financial strategy in the next three years.
