【摘要】：論文在對價格傳遞的特征進行了新的刻畫基礎(chǔ)上,利用我國近15年的月度數(shù)據(jù),采用VAR模型和脈沖響應(yīng)函數(shù)的計量方法,對比研究了農(nóng)產(chǎn)品和工業(yè)品價格傳遞的動態(tài)路徑特征及其對我國物價水平波動的影響。研究結(jié)論表明:從對價格沖擊調(diào)整的方向、大小和快慢上來看,農(nóng)產(chǎn)品產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈價格傳遞的波動性更大、影響時滯更短,呈現(xiàn)出更明顯的非對稱性特征,更容易影響我國物價波動;而工業(yè)品產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈價格傳遞不那么順暢,特別是中游價格PPI與物價波動常呈現(xiàn)脫節(jié)現(xiàn)象。為此,在制定穩(wěn)定物價的政策時,應(yīng)針對兩者價格傳遞的不同特征進行區(qū)別對待。
[Abstract]:On the basis of a new description of the characteristics of price transfer, using the monthly data of nearly 15 years in China, the paper adopts the VAR model and the measurement method of impulse response function. The dynamic path characteristics of price transfer between agricultural products and industrial products and its influence on the fluctuation of price level in China are studied. The results show that: from the direction, size and speed of price impact adjustment, the price transfer of the agricultural product industry chain is more volatile, the impact delay is shorter, and it shows more obvious asymmetric characteristics. It is easier to affect the price fluctuation of our country, but the industrial product industry chain price transmission is not so smooth, especially the middle stream price PPI and the price fluctuation often present the disjointed phenomenon. Therefore, the policy of price stabilization should be treated differently according to the different characteristics of price transmission.
