【摘要】：當(dāng)今社會(huì),科學(xué)技術(shù)的更新?lián)Q代速度加快,迫使企業(yè)必須學(xué)習(xí)和把握科技創(chuàng)新的最新動(dòng)向,及時(shí)采取相應(yīng)對(duì)策；全球經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化格局逐步深化,對(duì)企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力提出了更高的要求,而這些核心能力的獲得正是組織集體學(xué)習(xí)的結(jié)晶。在這樣的背景下,培養(yǎng)“學(xué)習(xí)型”組織是企業(yè)參與競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的必然選擇。隨著煙草行業(yè)改革的不斷深入,行業(yè)內(nèi)部制造企業(yè)之間競(jìng)爭(zhēng)逐步加劇。為應(yīng)對(duì)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的需要,煙草制造企業(yè)也需要逐步向?qū)W習(xí)型組織轉(zhuǎn)化,提高企業(yè)的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。本文根據(jù)“學(xué)習(xí)型組織”的理論,結(jié)合案例企業(yè)長(zhǎng)沙卷煙廠的實(shí)際情況,采用實(shí)證分析的方法,對(duì)企業(yè)創(chuàng)建學(xué)習(xí)型組織實(shí)踐中面臨的問題、采取的措施以及進(jìn)一步改進(jìn)的途徑進(jìn)行了探討。首先,結(jié)合長(zhǎng)沙卷煙廠面臨的環(huán)境、企業(yè)現(xiàn)有管理狀況和問題,采用SWOT分析方法,對(duì)長(zhǎng)沙卷煙廠創(chuàng)建學(xué)習(xí)型組織的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了分析；其次,基于前期的研究分析,借鑒其他企業(yè)的經(jīng)驗(yàn)教訓(xùn),提出長(zhǎng)沙卷煙廠創(chuàng)建學(xué)習(xí)型組織的總體思路和方案；再次,對(duì)創(chuàng)建活動(dòng)的具體實(shí)施和保障手段進(jìn)行分析；最后,對(duì)長(zhǎng)沙卷煙廠創(chuàng)建學(xué)習(xí)型組織的效果進(jìn)行評(píng)估,明確改進(jìn)方向。圖13幅,
[Abstract]:In today's society, science and technology upgrading speed, the new trend of enterprises are forced to learn and grasp the scientific and technological innovation, to take corresponding countermeasures; the pattern of global economic integration deepening, put forward higher requirements on the competitiveness of enterprises, and get the core competence is the crystallization of collective learning in this background. Under the cultivation of learning organization is an inevitable choice for enterprises to participate in the competition. With the deepening of the reform of the tobacco industry, between the industry manufacturing enterprises gradually intensified competition. To respond to the needs of competition, the tobacco manufacturing enterprises also need to gradually transform to the study organization, improve the core competitiveness of enterprises.
