【摘要】:經(jīng)過近60年的發(fā)展,我國的汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)已經(jīng)形成了一定的規(guī)模,汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)顯然已經(jīng)成為我國國民經(jīng)濟(jì)的支柱產(chǎn)業(yè),其在國民經(jīng)濟(jì)中的地位也變得越來越重要。而增強(qiáng)自身的自主開發(fā)能力是汽車企業(yè)在是市場競爭中的制勝點(diǎn)。但是同國外發(fā)達(dá)國家相比,我國汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)在技術(shù)水平、生產(chǎn)規(guī)模等方面還有著很大的差距。究其原因是因?yàn)槲覈嚠a(chǎn)業(yè)在研發(fā)投入和人才的投入上少、官產(chǎn)學(xué)研合作創(chuàng)新不積極、財(cái)政稅收政策方面的力度還不夠等,這些因素都制約著我國汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)的自主創(chuàng)新能力的提升。如研發(fā)投入強(qiáng)度我國汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)一般維持在2%-3%之間,然而發(fā)達(dá)國家的研發(fā)投入強(qiáng)度一般都在5%以上。鑒于此,我國汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)加強(qiáng)自主研發(fā)能力,強(qiáng)化核心競爭力,提高市場競爭力,對(duì)加速我國國民經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展至關(guān)重要。因此,研究我國汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)自主創(chuàng)新具有較強(qiáng)的價(jià)值和現(xiàn)實(shí)指導(dǎo)意義。 本文首先對(duì)相關(guān)創(chuàng)新的概念內(nèi)涵進(jìn)行了界定。其次對(duì)我國汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)自主創(chuàng)新發(fā)展進(jìn)行分析,,主要分析了我國汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)自主發(fā)展的歷程以及我國汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)自主創(chuàng)新的現(xiàn)狀,從中找出我國汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)自主開發(fā)能力的問題。具體來說包括創(chuàng)新資源投入不足、汽車相關(guān)產(chǎn)業(yè)合作有限等。再次,從日本和韓國汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)自主創(chuàng)新發(fā)展的特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行分析,指出政府必須從宏觀上加以扶持和引導(dǎo)、企業(yè)從微觀層面實(shí)施自主創(chuàng)新戰(zhàn)略,以及產(chǎn)業(yè)從中觀層面上建立官產(chǎn)學(xué)研大聯(lián)合的產(chǎn)業(yè)自主創(chuàng)新體系。之外,還對(duì)我國汽車企業(yè)典型的自主創(chuàng)新發(fā)展成功案例進(jìn)行分析,即上汽、奇瑞及吉利。分別從其自主發(fā)展的歷程來進(jìn)行分析,總結(jié)出其自主創(chuàng)新成功的原因。最后,在前文分析的基礎(chǔ)上,得出要想不斷的提高自主創(chuàng)新能力,我國汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)需要從下幾個(gè)方面不斷地努力發(fā)展改進(jìn)。主要有從宏觀層面來說,政府要從創(chuàng)造產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展環(huán)境,實(shí)行支持自主創(chuàng)新的財(cái)稅優(yōu)惠政策等方面來提高汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)的自主創(chuàng)新能力;從微觀層面來說,企業(yè)要從堅(jiān)持企業(yè)自主創(chuàng)新,發(fā)揮主體地位作用等方面來提高企業(yè)的自主研發(fā)能力;從中觀層面來說,我國汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)要從實(shí)施產(chǎn)業(yè)集群戰(zhàn)略,優(yōu)化產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)等方面來促進(jìn)我國汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)自主創(chuàng)新能力的提高。因此我國汽車企業(yè)要想不斷的發(fā)展壯大,還要靠“以我為主”的創(chuàng)新策略。 本文最后對(duì)全文進(jìn)行了總結(jié),并且提出了進(jìn)一步研究的展望。
[Abstract]:After nearly 60 years of development, China's automobile industry has formed a certain scale, the automobile industry has obviously become the pillar industry of our national economy. Its position in the national economy has become more and more important, and strengthening its own independent development ability is the winning point in the market competition. But compared with foreign developed countries. There is still a big gap in the technical level and production scale of the automobile industry in our country. The reason is that the R & D investment and the investment of talents in the automobile industry of our country are small, and the cooperation between government, industry, education and research is not active. Fiscal and tax policy is not enough, these factors are restricting the improvement of the independent innovation ability of China's automobile industry. For example, the R & D investment intensity of China's automobile industry is generally maintained in the range of 2-3%. However, the R & D investment intensity of developed countries is generally more than 5%. In view of this, our automobile industry strengthens the independent R & D capability, strengthens the core competitiveness, and improves the market competitiveness. It is very important to accelerate the development of China's national economy. Therefore, it is of great value and practical significance to study the independent innovation of China's automobile industry. Firstly, this paper defines the concept of related innovation. Secondly, it analyzes the development of independent innovation in China's automobile industry. This paper mainly analyzes the course of the independent development of China's automobile industry and the present situation of independent innovation of China's automobile industry, and finds out the problems of the independent development ability of China's automobile industry, including the lack of investment in innovation resources. Thirdly, this paper analyzes the characteristics of independent innovation and development of automobile industry in Japan and Korea, and points out that the government must support and guide it from the macro level. Enterprises from the micro level to implement independent innovation strategy, and the industry from the mid-level to establish a joint government industry, universities and industrial independent innovation system. It also analyzes the typical successful cases of independent innovation development of automobile enterprises in China, that is, SAIC, Chery and Geely respectively from their independent development process to analyze the reasons for the success of independent innovation. Finally. On the basis of the previous analysis, it is concluded that in order to continuously improve the independent innovation ability, China's automobile industry needs to continue to develop and improve from the following aspects, mainly from the macro level. The government should improve the independent innovation ability of automobile industry from the aspects of creating the development environment of industry and implementing preferential policies of finance and taxation to support independent innovation. From the micro level, enterprises should improve their independent R & D capability by insisting on independent innovation and giving play to the role of the main body. From the middle level, China's automobile industry should be implemented from the industrial cluster strategy. To optimize the industrial structure and other aspects to promote the improvement of the independent innovation ability of China's automobile industry, therefore, if our automobile enterprises want to continue to develop and grow, they must rely on the innovation strategy of "we give priority to ourselves". At the end of this paper, the paper summarizes the full text and puts forward the prospect of further research.
