【摘要】：目前,廣東五金加工企業(yè)所面臨的大環(huán)境比2008年金融危機時期更為惡劣,原材料價格和人工成本大幅度上漲、人民幣升值、外需不足、國外貿(mào)易保護主義加劇等等不利因素云集。一大批依靠出口貿(mào)易為生的中小五金企業(yè)正在經(jīng)受自金融危機以來的“第二個寒冬”,同時也出現(xiàn)大批中小五金加工企業(yè)倒閉。而尚在苦苦支撐以渡難關(guān)的企業(yè),不惜飲鴆止渴低價競爭,全行業(yè)陷入無序的惡性循環(huán)。 對于廣東中小五金加工企業(yè)而言,上述所有這些問題都可能成為長期趨勢。因此,找出一條解決之路,破解困擾在廣東中小五金加工企業(yè)頭上的外貿(mào)困局,對當(dāng)前廣東乃至我國中小五金企業(yè)的健康蓬勃發(fā)展,都有著重要的現(xiàn)實意義。 基于作者長期從事外貿(mào)經(jīng)營的背景,本文根據(jù)作者的實踐和思考,通過對我國中小五金企業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的外貿(mào)規(guī)律分析,試圖從外貿(mào)視角研究中小企業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群,以建立戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟的方式加快轉(zhuǎn)型升級,提升外貿(mào)競爭力,從而提高企業(yè)發(fā)展質(zhì)量和水平,促進中小五金企業(yè)外貿(mào)可持續(xù)發(fā)展。 本研究對凝聚五金行業(yè)企業(yè)的向心力,促進企業(yè)間知識擴散和轉(zhuǎn)移,構(gòu)筑行業(yè)技術(shù)壁壘,避免惡性競爭,構(gòu)造企業(yè)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展創(chuàng)新能力提供借鑒方案。對珠三角地區(qū)的中小企業(yè)成功轉(zhuǎn)型升級,轉(zhuǎn)變經(jīng)濟發(fā)展方式,實現(xiàn)創(chuàng)新發(fā)展,發(fā)揮在國內(nèi)外同類型產(chǎn)業(yè)的示范帶動作用等,都有十分重要的現(xiàn)實意義。 本文從國際經(jīng)濟形勢入手,對近年來我國外貿(mào)形勢進行了分析,在此基礎(chǔ)上,重點討論我國中小企業(yè)外貿(mào)規(guī)律和現(xiàn)狀,分析并找出其在外貿(mào)出口中所面臨的關(guān)鍵問題。以廣東陽江中小五金企業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群為例,通過不同地區(qū)、不同產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的對比分析,提出一種擺脫困境的途徑——建立中小企業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟。同時,詳細闡述了構(gòu)建中小企業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟的標準要點和構(gòu)建內(nèi)容,提出切合陽江實際的五金產(chǎn)業(yè)戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟構(gòu)建路線圖。
[Abstract]:At present, Guangdong hardware processing enterprises are facing a worse environment than the financial crisis in 2008, raw material prices and labor costs increased substantially, RMB appreciation, insufficient external demand. A large number of small and medium-sized hardware enterprises relying on export trade are experiencing the "second winter" since the financial crisis. At the same time, a large number of small and medium-sized metal processing enterprises have closed down. The enterprises that are still struggling to tide over the difficulties, do not hesitate to drink poison to quench their thirst and compete at low prices, and the whole industry is caught in a vicious circle of disorder. For small and medium-sized hardware processing enterprises in Guangdong, all these problems may become a long-term trend. Therefore, find a way to solve the difficulties of foreign trade that beset the small and medium-sized metal processing enterprises in Guangdong. It is of great practical significance to the healthy and vigorous development of small and medium-sized hardware enterprises in Guangdong and China. Based on the background that the author has been engaged in foreign trade for a long time, according to the author's practice and thinking, this paper analyzes the foreign trade law of the industrial cluster of small and medium-sized hardware enterprises in China. This paper attempts to study the industrial clusters of small and medium-sized enterprises from the perspective of foreign trade in order to speed up the transformation and upgrade and enhance the competitiveness of foreign trade in the way of establishing strategic alliances so as to improve the quality and level of the development of enterprises. To promote the sustainable development of foreign trade of small and medium-sized hardware enterprises. This study is aimed at condense the centripetal force of hardware enterprises, promote the diffusion and transfer of knowledge among enterprises, construct technical barriers to avoid vicious competition. To construct the sustainable development of enterprises innovation ability to provide a reference scheme for the Pearl River Delta region of small and medium-sized enterprises to successfully transform and upgrade, change the mode of economic development, achieve innovative development. It is of great practical significance to play the role of demonstration and driving in the same industry at home and abroad. Starting with the international economic situation, this paper analyzes the foreign trade situation of our country in recent years, on the basis of which, it focuses on discussing the foreign trade law and present situation of the small and medium-sized enterprises of our country. This paper analyzes and finds out the key problems it faces in the export of foreign trade. Taking the industrial cluster of small and medium-sized hardware enterprises in Yangjiang, Guangdong Province as an example, through the comparative analysis of different regions and different industrial clusters. This paper puts forward a way to get rid of the predicament-to establish the strategic alliance of industrial cluster of small and medium-sized enterprises. At the same time, it expounds in detail the main points of the standard and the content of constructing the strategic alliance of industrial cluster of small and medium-sized enterprises. The paper puts forward a road map for building a strategic alliance of hardware industry in Yangjiang.
