【摘要】：我國現(xiàn)代藝術(shù)設(shè)計(jì)職業(yè)化教育雖然發(fā)展迅速,但學(xué)科建設(shè)和教學(xué)質(zhì)量等方面都出現(xiàn)了嚴(yán)重問題。當(dāng)下,如何改良教學(xué)模式和內(nèi)容,如何使學(xué)生的專業(yè)與綜合能力對接社會需求,是設(shè)計(jì)人才培養(yǎng)的關(guān)鍵。用比較的方法,分析職場藝術(shù)設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)務(wù)與當(dāng)前教育教學(xué)之間的現(xiàn)狀和差異,從當(dāng)前設(shè)計(jì)企業(yè)的人力資源、項(xiàng)目設(shè)計(jì)管理、創(chuàng)新思維等職場視角,明確人才需求規(guī)格和要求,明晰設(shè)計(jì)專業(yè)學(xué)生的綜合素質(zhì)養(yǎng)成和執(zhí)業(yè)準(zhǔn)備,進(jìn)一步優(yōu)化調(diào)整學(xué)校藝術(shù)設(shè)計(jì)職業(yè)教育目標(biāo),探尋我國設(shè)計(jì)教育改革路徑和人才培養(yǎng)新方法。
[Abstract]:Although the professional education of modern art and design in China has developed rapidly, there are serious problems in subject construction and teaching quality. At present, how to improve the teaching mode and content, how to make the students' major and comprehensive ability meet the social needs, is the key to the training of design talents. With the method of comparison, this paper analyzes the present situation and differences between the practice of art design in the workplace and the current education and teaching, clarifies the specifications and requirements of talent demand, clarifies the comprehensive quality cultivation and practice preparation of the students majoring in design, and further optimizes and adjusts the objectives of vocational education of art design in schools from the perspectives of human resources, project design management and innovative thinking in the current design enterprises. To explore the path of design education reform and new methods of personnel training in China.
