我國中部省份中小微企業(yè)人力資源狀況評(píng)估研究——基于湖南省中小微企業(yè)的調(diào)查

【摘要】:以湖南省2000余家中小微企業(yè)為樣本,通過訪談、問卷調(diào)查和典型案例剖析,首次對(duì)我國進(jìn)行區(qū)域性中小微企業(yè)的人力資源問題進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)調(diào)查和研究,發(fā)現(xiàn)中小微企業(yè)人力資源問題已成為制約企業(yè)發(fā)展的主要障礙;企業(yè)董事長(業(yè)主)狀況欠佳,亟需系統(tǒng)化和專業(yè)化強(qiáng)制培訓(xùn);企業(yè)人力資源短缺問題突出;用工成本高、招工難以及員工流失問題突出;企業(yè)所需人力資源的市場(chǎng)供給缺乏;人力資源市場(chǎng)機(jī)制和環(huán)境欠佳;企業(yè)社會(huì)地位和社會(huì)形象亟待優(yōu)化。
[Abstract]:Taking more than 2000 small and medium-sized micro-enterprises in Hunan Province as samples, through interviews, questionnaires and typical case analysis, this paper makes a systematic investigation and research on the human resources problems of regional small and medium-sized micro-enterprises in China for the first time, and finds that the human resources problems of small and medium-sized micro-enterprises have become the main obstacles to the development of enterprises, the chairman (owners) of enterprises is in poor condition, and it is urgent to systematize and professionalize compulsory training. The shortage of human resources in enterprises is prominent; the problems of high employment costs, difficult recruitment and staff turnover are prominent; the market supply of human resources required by enterprises is lack; the market mechanism and environment of human resources are poor; and the social status and social image of enterprises need to be optimized urgently.
