【摘要】：隨著社會(huì)的進(jìn)步和經(jīng)濟(jì)的飛速發(fā)展,人力資源機(jī)制也在不斷發(fā)生著變革。尤其是新技術(shù)和新產(chǎn)業(yè)突飛猛進(jìn)的發(fā)展,更加讓我們認(rèn)識(shí)到人力資源戰(zhàn)略研究的重要性。為了使國(guó)有企業(yè)的人力資源戰(zhàn)略研究水平能夠達(dá)到企業(yè)發(fā)展的需求。本文對(duì)人力資源戰(zhàn)略進(jìn)行了研究,以期從一個(gè)新的角度對(duì)新形勢(shì)下的人力資源進(jìn)行探討。
[Abstract]:With the progress of society and the rapid development of economy, the mechanism of human resources is constantly changing. Especially, the rapid development of new technology and new industry makes us realize the importance of human resource strategy research. In order to make the research level of human resource strategy of state-owned enterprises reach the demand of enterprise development. This article has carried on the research to the human resource strategy in order to discuss the human resource under the new situation from a new angle.
