【摘要】：正發(fā)展辦公室為募款設(shè)定目標(biāo),為具體的募集活動(dòng)制定戰(zhàn)略,并積極協(xié)調(diào)、執(zhí)行工作,承擔(dān)捐款人管理任務(wù)。校友會(huì)和發(fā)展辦公室在職能和運(yùn)營上相互獨(dú)立,但兩者的相互配合對(duì)募款成功起著關(guān)鍵作用。越來越多的專業(yè)人士加入到大學(xué)募款行業(yè),他們的職業(yè)生涯致力于正確結(jié)合人力資源管理與戰(zhàn)略方法,來提升募款的成功率。2015年3月,財(cái)政部部長樓繼偉表示,國家給國內(nèi)高校的資源應(yīng)該更多轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)楠?jiǎng)學(xué)金和助學(xué)金,讓"品學(xué)兼優(yōu)的貧苦的人"能夠上學(xué),而高校要自主提高融資
[Abstract]:The Development Office is setting goals for fundraising, formulating strategies for specific fundraising activities, and actively coordinating, implementing and undertaking donor management tasks. Alumni associations and development offices are functionally and operationally independent, but their interaction plays a key role in fund-raising success. More and more professionals have joined the university fundraising industry, and their careers have focused on integrating human resources management and strategic approaches to improve the success rate of fundraising. In March 2015, Minister of Finance Lou Jiwei said: The resources given by the state to domestic colleges and universities should be converted more into scholarships and grants, so that "poor people of both quality and learning" can go to school, and universities should increase their own financing.
