【摘要】：目的:了解我國放射從業(yè)人員在各地區(qū)、各省分布的公平性,為我國各省市衛(wèi)生和計(jì)劃生育委員會制定科學(xué)合理的衛(wèi)生人才配置標(biāo)準(zhǔn)提供依據(jù)。方法:對我國放射從業(yè)人員現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行調(diào)查,利用基尼系數(shù)從人口和地理兩個(gè)角度對放射從業(yè)人員的公平性和配置現(xiàn)狀的科學(xué)性進(jìn)行分析評價(jià),利用泰爾指數(shù)衡量地區(qū)間、地區(qū)內(nèi)公平性,分析影響因素。結(jié)果:我國放射從業(yè)人員按人口分布的基尼系數(shù)均在0.3以下,配置處于公平狀態(tài);按照地理分布的基尼系數(shù),放射醫(yī)師、放射技師和護(hù)理人員配置均超過0.4,處于警戒狀態(tài)。放射醫(yī)師、放射技師、護(hù)理人員的泰爾指數(shù)分別為0.193 6、0.209 5、0.227 0。我國放射從業(yè)人員配置公平性總體相對較好。結(jié)論:我國放射從業(yè)人員按人口配置的人力資源公平性優(yōu)于按地理配置的公平性,東、中、西部地區(qū)放射從業(yè)人員配置公平性受其地區(qū)人口、經(jīng)濟(jì)等狀態(tài)影響。
[Abstract]:Objective: to understand the fairness of the distribution of radiation workers in various regions and provinces in China, and to provide the basis for the establishment of scientific and reasonable standards for the allocation of health personnel by the health and family planning committees of various provinces and cities in China. Methods: the present situation of radiation workers in China was investigated. The fairness and scientific disposition of radiation workers were analyzed and evaluated by Gini coefficient from two aspects of population and geography. Intra-regional equity, analysis of influencing factors. Results: the Gini coefficient of radiation workers was below 0.3, and the distribution was fair. According to the Gini coefficient of geographical distribution, radiologists, radiographers and nurses were all in a state of alert. The Tyr index of radiologists, radiographers and nurses were 0.193 6 / 0.209 5 / 0.227 0 respectively. Overall, the fairness of radiation staffing in China is relatively good. Conclusion: the fairness of population allocation of radiation workers in China is better than that of geographical distribution. The fairness of radiation workers allocation in eastern, middle and western regions is affected by the regional population and economy.
