農(nóng)民工工作價值觀代際差異研究

【摘要】:隨著新生代農(nóng)民工源源不斷進入勞動力市場,農(nóng)民工工作價值觀的代際差異問題給相關(guān)企業(yè)的人力資源管理帶來嚴峻挑戰(zhàn)。本文對長三角和深圳等地農(nóng)民工代際差異問題進行問卷調(diào)查和實證分析顯示,不同年齡段的農(nóng)民工工作價值觀存在顯著差異,除了利他主義維度外,年齡對農(nóng)民工工作價值觀的成就感、舒適性、地位、安全性有顯著負向影響,對自主性有顯著正向影響;不同學歷層次的農(nóng)民工工作價值觀存在顯著差異,除了利他主義外,學歷對農(nóng)民工的成就感、舒適性、地位、安全性和自主性都有顯著的正向影響;不同工齡段的農(nóng)民工工作價值觀存在顯著差異,除了地位和利他主義兩個維度外,工齡與農(nóng)民工的成就感、安全性顯著負相關(guān),而與舒適性、自主性顯著正相關(guān)。
[Abstract]:With the new generation of migrant workers continuously entering the labor market, the intergenerational difference of migrant workers' work values brings severe challenges to the human resource management of related enterprises. This paper makes a questionnaire survey and empirical analysis on the intergenerational differences of migrant workers in Yangtze River Delta and Shenzhen. It shows that there are significant differences in the work values of migrant workers in different age groups, except for the altruistic dimension. Age has a significant negative effect on the sense of achievement, comfort, status and safety of migrant workers, and has a significant positive impact on autonomy; In addition to altruism, education has a significant positive impact on the sense of achievement, comfort, status, safety and autonomy of migrant workers. There were significant differences in the work values of migrant workers in different working years. Except for the two dimensions of status and altruism, the length of service was negatively correlated with the sense of achievement and safety of migrant workers, but positively correlated with comfort and autonomy.
