【摘要】：正在知識經(jīng)濟時代,知識是最具價值的資源,知識活動、知識型員工、知識資本等詞語活躍于學(xué)術(shù)界和企業(yè)界。知識型企業(yè)管理者對知識活動、知識員工以及知識型企業(yè)都具有重要意義。本文在分析知識型企業(yè)管理特征的基礎(chǔ)上,對知識型企業(yè)管理者領(lǐng)導(dǎo)能力的作用機制及影響因素展開研究,以期對知識型企業(yè)的發(fā)展有所幫助。一、知識型企業(yè)管理的特征知識型企業(yè)與傳統(tǒng)企業(yè)有著很大的不同,這種不同直接導(dǎo)致企業(yè)管理存在很大的差異。筆者就組織
[Abstract]:In the era of knowledge economy, knowledge is the most valuable resource, knowledge activities, knowledge workers, knowledge capital and other words are active in academia and business circles. Knowledge-based enterprise managers are of great significance to knowledge activities, knowledge employees and knowledge-based enterprises. Based on the analysis of the management characteristics of knowledge-based enterprises, this paper studies the mechanism and influencing factors of the leadership ability of managers in knowledge-based enterprises, in order to help the development of knowledge-based enterprises.
