HR公司基于知識(shí)管理的人力資源管理問(wèn)題研究
[Abstract]:The arrival of the era of knowledge economy means that knowledge has a more and more profound impact on the economy. The competition between enterprises and even between countries has shifted from the competition of products and technology to the competition of knowledge, the production and diffusion of knowledge. Transfer and application become the important link of knowledge economy. Therefore, as a new management theory and management method, knowledge management emerges as the times require, and human is not only the subject of knowledge innovation, but also the main carrier and beneficiary of knowledge. Therefore, each link of knowledge management should focus on the core of human resources. In the era of knowledge economy, the mode of human resource management must abandon the traditional concept and mode of human resource management, and implement the modern concept and mode of human resource management instead. At the same time, knowledge management requires that enterprise human resource management can absorb knowledge management ideas, use collective wisdom to improve the enterprise's adaptability and innovation ability, and then enhance the competitive advantage of the enterprise. In view of the new connotation that knowledge management gives to human resource management, this paper summarizes the related theories of knowledge management and human resource management, and concludes that there is coupling between knowledge management and human resource management. Then this paper introduces the current situation of human resource management in HR Company and the problems in human resource management, and taking HR Company as the research object, puts forward the improvement scheme of human resource management based on knowledge management in this company. That is, from the aspects of planning human resource management system based on knowledge management, strengthening the management of knowledge management system, establishing a comprehensive compensation system and improving staff training, the core competitiveness of enterprises can be improved. To realize the sustainable development of enterprises.
