【摘要】：目的分析2008—2013年全國(guó)各級(jí)健康教育專業(yè)機(jī)構(gòu)人員構(gòu)成變化趨勢(shì),為各級(jí)衛(wèi)生計(jì)生行政部門開(kāi)展健康教育專業(yè)機(jī)構(gòu)人才隊(duì)伍建設(shè)提供參考。方法收集2008—2013年全國(guó)健康教育統(tǒng)計(jì)報(bào)表數(shù)據(jù),從性別、年齡、學(xué)歷、人員編制數(shù)、工作經(jīng)費(fèi)等方面分析人員隊(duì)伍的變化情況。結(jié)果截止2013年底,全國(guó)共有健康教育人員編制9092人,健康教育人員與服務(wù)人群比例為6.7人/100萬(wàn)人,遠(yuǎn)小于疾控中心的175人/100萬(wàn)人。6年來(lái),全國(guó)健康教育專業(yè)機(jī)構(gòu)編制數(shù)、性別和年齡構(gòu)成無(wú)明顯變化,健康教育人員學(xué)歷結(jié)構(gòu)有所優(yōu)化,大學(xué)本科比例從2008年的28.06%上升到2013年的40.52%,碩士和博士比例從2008年的3.74%上升到2013年的4.92%,但總體仍以大學(xué)�？萍耙韵聦W(xué)歷為主。健康教育專業(yè)機(jī)構(gòu)工作經(jīng)費(fèi)逐年上升,與2010年相比,2013年工作經(jīng)費(fèi)增長(zhǎng)了45.91%。結(jié)論全國(guó)健康教育專業(yè)機(jī)構(gòu)人員數(shù)量不足,人員學(xué)歷水平有所升高,工作任務(wù)逐年加大,應(yīng)加強(qiáng)健康教育人才隊(duì)伍建設(shè),提高各級(jí)專業(yè)人員的綜合素質(zhì)。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the changing trend of personnel composition of health education professional institutions at all levels in China from 2008 to 2013, and to provide a reference for the development of personnel ranks in health education professional institutions by health and family planning administrative departments at all levels. Methods the data of national health education statistics from 2008 to 2013 were collected to analyze the changes of the staff from the aspects of sex, age, educational background, staffing, work expenses and so on. Results by the end of 2013, there were 9092 health education personnel in China, and the ratio of health education personnel to service population was 6.7 / 1 million, which was much smaller than that of the center for disease control and prevention. The composition of gender and age has not changed significantly, and the educational structure of health education personnel has been optimized. The proportion of undergraduate students rose from 28.06 percent in 2008 to 40.52 percent in 2013, and the proportion of master's and doctoral degrees rose from 3.74 percent in 2008 to 4.92percent in 2013. The working expenses of health education professional institutions are increasing year by year, compared with 2010, the work expenses increased by 45.91% in 2013. Conclusion the number of personnel in national health education professional institutions is insufficient, the educational level of personnel has been raised, and the work tasks have been increased year by year. The construction of health education talents should be strengthened, and the comprehensive quality of professionals at all levels should be improved.
