應(yīng)用公眾網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺(tái)開展企業(yè)人力資源管理效能平衡計(jì)分卡評(píng)價(jià)體系的研究

【摘要】:人力資源是企業(yè)最重要的戰(zhàn)略性資源,客觀準(zhǔn)確地評(píng)價(jià)人力資源管理效能無論在理論方面還是應(yīng)用層面均有重要的意義,隨著信息技術(shù)的高速發(fā)展,其相對(duì)成熟的公眾網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺(tái)為相關(guān)研究提供了有效途徑。文章以平衡計(jì)分卡(BSC)理論為基礎(chǔ),立足于戰(zhàn)略性人力資源管理角度,利用相對(duì)成熟的公眾網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺(tái),通過文獻(xiàn)研究、網(wǎng)絡(luò)問卷調(diào)查、統(tǒng)計(jì)分析等方式,探索建立一套較為系統(tǒng)、完善的人力資源管理效能評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,使企業(yè)人力資源管理效能評(píng)價(jià)更具操作性和實(shí)踐性,同時(shí)推動(dòng)有關(guān)公眾網(wǎng)絡(luò)工具在企業(yè)人力資源研究中的應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:Human resources are the most important strategic resources of enterprises. It is of great significance to evaluate the effectiveness of human resources management objectively and accurately, both in theory and in application, with the rapid development of information technology. Its relatively mature public network platform provides an effective way for related research. Based on the (BSC) theory of balanced Scorecard, based on the strategic human resource management, using the relatively mature public network platform, through literature research, network questionnaire survey, statistical analysis and other ways to explore the establishment of a more systematic. The perfect evaluation index system of human resource management effectiveness makes the efficiency evaluation of enterprise human resource management more operable and practical. At the same time, it promotes the application of relevant public network tools in the research of enterprise human resources.
